Oceanfront 3 Bedroom Ground Level Condo! Surfs up!!!

Our family had a great time at Las Olas for spring break. We have stayed in Las Olas several times and twice at this condo. The condo is clean, well kept and has a beautiful beach view. Carlene is wonderful and very responsive. We hope to come back many more times! We enjoyed our stay!

Carlene was amazing, she was so accommodating and helped us book a chef to come to our home and gave us amazing info all week. Definitely the best condo in the complex. I better reach out and book our stay here next year… Thanks Carlene!

We modified our flights to escape an east coast storm and our host Carlene Leier generously agreed to host all 7 of us for one night until we could go to our previously booked hotel (that could not accommodate us early). The photos on the listing very accurately represented the accomodations. The apartment was very comfortable for the 7 of us. What was a pleasant surprise was the outdoor space. I knew it was nice but did not realize how nice! The patio was mere steps from the ocean. The sounds and smell were heaven. The pool gorgeous, the hot tub was great. My husband went to the surf shop next door to rent a board while we ate at Zippers - steps from the condo. We sat on the patio and watched my husband surf. The location is a short drive from the airport and not hard to get to at all. This stay was a home run for us and we are considering returning for a longer visit in the near future.

Celebrated our anniversary with two other couples who surf. The condo is nicely appointed and we spent most of our time on the patio enjoying the ocean, view and the easy in and out for surf and swims. Beds and pillows are comfortable and no noise from the highway. Liked that the AC was separate for each room as I don’t like icebox cold like some do and could keep the living areas at a temperature comfortable for going in and out without a drastic difference. Security was great and the grounds and pool are well maintained and it is a chill and quiet property. We didn’t rent a car as we just used the inexpensive Uber service to do a grocery run and out to dinners. Communication was great with Carlene and Omar her manager. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is minor repairs that did NOT impact our stay in any way. Will definitely come back to stay in one of Carlene’s units as it has everything for a relaxing stay in SJDC. Thank you for the wonderful time.

This very comfortable ground-floor apt opens up to a magnificent view of the grounds and ocean. My family and I had a great time!

Beautiful apartment and views, great set up for our family for the week. The location is not walkable except for a couple of restaurant options on the beach (you need a car as the property is accessible from the highway), but we were there to surf which we could do right outside our door! Owner was extremely helpful and responsive during our stay.

Overall condo was nice, good location. There was black mold in one of the bathrooms that was covered up with paper taped to the wall. You could still see the mold around the paper and the ceiling tile. Very concerning health hazard. Should not allow occupants to use a bathroom with mold.

Very easy and relaxing experience. Everything was a breeze and well communicated. The condo itself was fantastic. Very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend, especially if being right on the water is important to you.
