Stayed Aug 10, 2025The place had nice scenery. Unfortunately there were no property people around to ask questions however was able to reach someone after hours on arrival day for some property issues so that was nice.Kitchen was equipped with all necessities. Overall the stay was nice.

Stayed Mar 27, 2025We visited Nani Kai Hale for eight nights and enjoyed it. The unit was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We were a group of two couples and there was ample space for our suitcases and items.The kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware and serving items. The grill area at the patio was kept clean and we grilled twice. Parking was easy with no issues. There are a few reserved spaces, just be sure to keep an eye out for them. We accidentally parked in one one night but the management on site was professional and courteous when we were asked to move. Beach access and site grounds were kept meticulously clean. Location is perfect; close to dining and activities in Kihei without all of the noise, and easy access to drive the rest of the island. We absolutely would stay here again.
