Daytona Beach Resort is an older beachfront resort that continues to undergo restoration and improvement projects following hurricane damage sustained in 2022.
While many amenities are now open and operational, guests should expect that portions of the building and some common areas may still show signs of ongoing repair work and age. Daytime construction activity, noise, dust, or temporary work areas may occasionally be present during your stay, particularly near the seawall project on portions of the property.
That said, many guests continue to enjoy the condo’s clean updated interior, beautiful oceanfront balcony, direct beach access, and outstanding location while the resort continues its rebuilding efforts.
