Stayed Jul 19, 2025The door to the balcony in the living area would not open so whenever we wanted to sit on the balcony we had to go through the bedroom. My husband likes to get up early to sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee while I like to sleep in and he could not do so because he was afraid he’d wake me. I replied to the email that listed our door code and inquired about the issue but received no response. Very disappointing.

Stayed May 21, 2024We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s property. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient, and the amenities provided made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The only point of concern was being asked to clean before leaving, despite paying a cleaning fee. This was a minor inconvenience, but it did not detract significantly from our overall positive experience. Thank you, Kim, for your hospitality. We would consider staying here again in the future.

Stayed Aug 9, 2023From pulling into the gated community to checking out it was a breeze. I loved they had security and it was gated. The location is wonderful and the private beach was amazing with the umbrella and 2 chairs that came with the rental. We enjoyed the pool immensely the lagoon pool was where we ended up everyday because of double red flags almost everyday we where there. The elevator getting to and from the 11th floor was a breeze. The condo it was good, but it could use a little updating, especially the carpet. It had everything we needed! I highly recommend renting this unit and using Kim’s condos.
