Ocean Vistas 702 Luxurious Beach Condo Awesome View 4 Bedroom- Sleeps 11

This condo was simply amazing. The views from the oversized deck were beautiful. We had eight (8) people in my party and there was plenty of room for everyone. The condo was well stocked and tastefully decorated. We had no problem parking two (2) vehicles in the garage. Working with April was a pleasure. My wife and I did not want to leave. I would definitely rate this experience a 10 out of 10. We are looking forward to returning.

We had a fantastic experience with our stay. The condo was everything we hoped for. It was very spacious and relaxing for seven adults. There were several beach chairs and beach towels, which made packing easier. Peggy and April were both excellent to work with. We will definitely stay again!

Great place love the view, pool and balcony! Would recommend to families of all age groups

We had 4 teenagers and a 4 year old and 4 adults in our group. The 4 bedroom condo was perfect!! The kitchen was very well stocked with any cookware we needed. Plenty of linens and towels. The beds were very comfortable. Check in process very easy, if I had any questions throughout the stay they were answered promptly. There are several elevators to choose from. Grocery store close by. Parking garages well lit at all times. We will definitely look to stay here again!

This condo is so spacious! We had 11 family members (6 adults & 5 children) and never felt the least bit crowded. The pool is heated and felt wonderful in the cool March weather. The condo, garage & pool area are secure and very safe. The balcony area is covered and super spacious as well, with 2 electric grills. Three of the four bedrooms walk right out to the balcony. The beds are super comfy, especially the king bed in the master suite. The kitchen is huge, with every pan and utensil you need. If you have any questions, the property manager is just a text away. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again! Oh… and we got to watch two rocket launches from Cape Canaveral right from the beach behind the condo! Great vacation spot!

Condo was amazing. Wry clean and check in process was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only hiccup was our neighbors above us had a drone that was staring at us as we watched the sunrise. Felt very much like a violation of our privacy. Other than that we would highly recommend this establishment. It was our second stay too in the same large condo.

This rental was perfect for our extended family. Great location, really nice amenities, and a spacious unit my kids called “5 stars” haha! The kitchen was fantastic, lots of space to cook and have multiple people fixing meals. The view was so nice, you can see the beach and the back river (where the beautiful sunset was every night) with a really nice wide patio that our crew of 9 could all relax on at the same time. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were big and clean. The beach out front had a nice mix of people from nearby condominiums, ice cream truck came by every day. Pool was clean and a good temp. Hot tub was perfect for a cooler day when it rained. We used the game room with the pool table one night and the gym daily. Parking deck had a couple of spots to put ice in our cooler and an area to clean off sand after a day at the beach. Only negatives to me: the pull out couch in the back bedroom was a little small and had a very thin mattress, even for our 6 and 8 year old. We opted for the queen blowup mattress that was provided and the kids were happy. WiFi/cell service at the gym wasn’t great, but not a big deal. Overall would 100% recommend.

Our family enjoyed our stay at ocean vistas. Beautiful condo, great views, great property. Super convenient. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the safety of the property. We would stay again. 10 out 10 would recommend this property.
