Ocean Vistas 604 - Great Ocean Views - New Luxury 3BR/3BA condo Huge Balcony!

Where do I start. This was our first time staying at Ocean Vistas and we will definitely be back. The unit exceeded expectations. The proximity to the beach was fantastic. We had a personal tour when we arrived of the property. A check-in call during our stay to be sure everything was going well and a post-check out call. The experience was first-class and grateful for April and the rest of the property management team ensuring we had a great stay. We happened to also pick a week of fantastic weather which made it even more enjoyable. Highly recommend. We can’t wait to go back!

This property was nothing short of fantastic. From having to switch condos last minute, to a check in process with a step by step tour of the property and a rental staff that was there anytime we needed anything. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation and location. Would love to stay here every year!

We absolutely love this unit! Only suggestion….need a new grill. The current one is not really usable. Other than that, everything is great!

The overall site property and unit was wonderful for our family and we really enjoyed our stay!! The deck space was awesome and the space in the unit was plentiful. The site manager was VERY HELPFUL! We had a few issues during our stay which was taken care of quickly. The negative comment would be for this unit to be perfect, the unit is showing signs of needing a few upgrades, the couch is warn out, the main bedroom mattress was uncomfortable and the deck furniture should be upgraded.

The condo was exactly as stated! It was super clean and well stocked. The balcony was amazing! The condo is super spacious. We had 2 teens and it was like having 3 hotel rooms. Lots of privacy with a great common space. Everything was just lovely! Thanks Peggy for being so thorough, helpful and kind!

The listing shows 4 bedrooms but there are really only 3 bedrooms with 2 rollout beds. Aside from that the view was gorgeous, the condo is a few miles from the main strip so slightly quieter than other condos. This is on the 6th floor of an 11th floor bldg so I don't really think I would classify it as a penthouse but beautifully decorated regardless. The location has 1 hot tub and a smaller pool for this size resort. Not many other amenities for smaller children. Pool table is available for rainy days which is nice. Gym and sauna as well. Overall it is a nice property.

This condo was perfectly appointed, perfectly equipped, perfectly located perfectly managed for an absolutely stellar family reunion and Embry Riddle graduation ceremony as well as Air Force commissioning celebration.

I stayed with my husband, twins, sister and brother-in-law. The condo was even better than the pictures online! I loved the large balcony to watch the sunrise! The master bedroom was enormous and the bed was heavenly! We hope to come back again!
