Ocean Vistas 406 Direct Oceanfront Huge Private Balcony

This is a rare occasion when the VRBO pictures don't do a rental justice - this place is amazing! Spotlessly clean, very well stocked with all you can need, gorgeous views and outstanding communication with both the owner and person responsible for check-in. I had a fabulous stay and would most definitely recommend it to others.

The accommodation exceeded expectations. The condo is spacious and well equipped in all rooms. The location is excellent and safe. I'll stay there again if the condo is available on the next Daytona trip.

This property is by far the nicest, classiest property we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was perfect! From booking to checkout all was seamless. Great property owner who was always available. Very simple requirements of our family and our stay was incredible!! Beautiful and very spacious, my 2 adult daughters had our own private rooms and bathrooms. Right on the beach so coffee and sunrises on the balcony is a must. Very close to anything you might need and far enough away to feel like you’re on your own island. Fully equipped kitchen to make any meal including a BBQ on the balcony. I can’t say enough about this property. My family and I will be back!!

Location was great Access to pool & beach was easyCondo was well maintained Kitchen was well stocked with small appliances and kitchen utensils.

Property was very well kept, very secure. Pool area along with other outside areas all well maintained. Condo itself was very clean and had everything our family needed - kitchenware, paper products, pool towels, beach chairs. It was very nicely furnished, not with the typical cheap beach furniture you find in lots of beach properties. The balcony was huge, with very nice furniture as well. We loved the area bc it wasn’t so crowded. Beach just a very short walk. Would definitely stay here again.

We had our 6 of us in the property including a 3 year old and one year old. So comfortable and set up is perfect to add separation and privacy for quiet time for the little ones. This was our 4th stay. We’ll definitely be back. Chere is a great property manager w great communication. Owners are also very friendly and accessible if needed. Great week for our family!!

Beautiful Condo with a fabulous extra large oceanfront balcony ! Spacious accommodations with 3 BR each with full bath and a half bath too near large kitchen and family room - nicely decorated and clean and well kept with fully stocked kitchen with up to date appliances. The balcony is a highlight with plenty of space and nice furniture and the comfort of ocean view and sounds ! Convenient parking and nice pool area with ease of access to beach all make for a fun and comfortable vacation !

This property is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable vacation. The inside of the condo is spacious as is the balcony. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, small appliances, cookware and bakeware. Lots of bath towels and beach towels. Travel -size toiletries in bathrooms were a nice touch. Beds were comfortable.

The condo was absolutely beautiful, great location. I would say that the pictures online do not do this place justice, everything you could possibly need is there for you to use. We would love to stay there again in the future

The condo is gorgeous! The pictures are good, but in person it’s even better! The view is superb!! We had two couples join us and had lots of fun. Lots of balcony time. Never get tired of the ocean. Highly recommend this condo especially because each couple had their own bathrooms.

This post our second time we stayed at this property and it was just as amazing as the first time. Plenty of space and clean. My favorite place is on the very large covered balcony with my morning coffee or an evening glass of wine watching the waves. So beautiful and we would definitely stay again!

This is an exceptional luxury condo that provides everything you need for a great beach vacation. Communication with the owner is prompt and very responsive. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Huge balcony was where we lived most of the time. The unit was very spacious and well appointed.

Everything was amazing during our stay when we moved our son in to Embry-Riddle last week. The condo is beautiful, clean and very spacious. Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom. The view of the ocean from the covered balcony was beautiful. We had everything we needed, from beach towels & chairs to a well supplied kitchen to make meals. We would love to stay again and plan to next time we’re in Daytona. Gary was great to work with, very informative and helpful and Chere was great at check in and available if needed during the week. If I could I would give it more than 5 stars!

This condo was not as shown on VRBO...it was BETTER!! The layout was perfect for 3 families. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together in the common areas with enough space for everyone to retreat to their room. We had 2 grandparents and 2 couples, one of which have a 3 year old. The balcony was spacious with plenty of seating, and they even had 2 kid chairs which my granddaughter loved. There were several beach towels. The kitchen was probably the most well equipped kitchen that I've ever used in my many years of vacationing in Daytona. Check-in was a breeze and the owner, Gary, was easy to work with. We will definitely be staying in this unit again!

The pictures don't do this condo justice. This beautiful and spacious condo made our stay perfect. Very clean and has everything you need. The check-in process was the easiest I've experienced with no stress! Stellar experience
