Ocean Villa 1003 - Remarkable and Updated with Gulf Front Master and Mini Bar

We had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed the property and it’s amenities as well as its convenient location to lots of things to do.

The condo looked just like the VRBO photos - it was beautiful, clean, well furnished and amazing view of the beach and ocean. Grocery store, restaurants and bakery all within walking distance. Management company responded almost mmediately when I had a questionin about check in. Unit was ready at the promised check in time of 4 PM.

This condo had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. Comfy beds, great view, everything was as advertised. Very walkable area too. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing experience at Ocean Villa 1003. The condo was in excellent condition and well maintained. Lots of extra towels and sheets provided. All the essentials were provided for cooking. The view was breathtaking. We spent lots of time on the balcony just taking in the view. The elevators were quick, even at the peak hours of the day. The pool was clean and had lots of chairs for laying out. The beach was easy to get to and plenty of space even with public beach access near by. It wasn’t nearly as crowded as some of the areas to the right and left of us. Overall great and would stay here again.

My family and I have been visiting PCB for 20 years and we’ve stayed just about everywhere. This was the most exceptional condo that we’ve stayed in. Decorated beautifully, comfortable beds, and all TVs worked! Hoping to stay with you again next summer!

Was just a vaca to relax. That we did, pool, beach, pool, eat. Short drive to grocery store, plenty of restaurants.would recommend.

We had an amazing vacation, and had everything we needed for a wonderful week at the beach. The location was perfect. Not only was the beach only a few feet away, but we were also able to come and go as we pleased in our vehicle from the conveniently located parking garage. Most everyone we ran into on the property was extremely friendly, especially the residents that lived their full time. The beach got busy at times at night, but we did stay during spring break. The view from the condo was breathtaking, and we started missing it immediately! The Ocean Villa is a wonderful place to stay.

This is our third time staying at Ocean Villa and the second time we stayed in condo 1003. It's a very nice condo and has everything you'll need. The one thing they need to replace is their cable box. The box in the living room goes out constantly and when we come in the winter, we like to relax and watch tv. This place is really fantastic and you will love the view from your living room or bedroom!! Thank you so much and we'll definitely be back next year!!

Property was well maintained. Response of management was prompt and courteous. Enjoyed our stay.

This condo would be my home if it could. I loved it so much. The view and the patio are the best. Loved having coffee on the porch enjoying the view. We had two couples staying we we had plenty of room. This was really a home away from home . We will definitely be staying here again.

The condo was perfect. It was a perfect view of the ocean. The condo was very clean and comfortable. All the necessary kitchen items were present. Check in was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great unit especially the spacious balcony facing the Gulf.

Overall, our stay here was pretty positive. Good location, and the property was very clean. We had to get a different door entry code every time we went up to the condo for the first two days. This became annoying, but the property owners communication was very good and quick. The huge balcony was a great benefit.

Nice two bedroom two bedroom place on the beach.

Maybe some coffee and creamer for one or two days check out could be at noon time to enjoy the beach overall it was comfortable

Wonderful place to go and relax and enjoy the beach! The place was perfect and had everything we needed right there for us! We had the best time! We will definitely be back soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our condo 1013, the parking situation is rough and there is a constant wait for elevators. Pool was nice when they kept shutting down the beach but become quickly crowded when you add 120 something condos times 2-3bds worth of people.getting in the condo with codes was great, condo was clean plenty of towels and bedding.FYI if you bring something the rude chair people consider blocking they will force you to move alot. I saw them make an infant pool tiny tent thing moved for the potential of it blocking a potential customer.
