Stayed Jan 26, 2024Great for going to Daytona speedway and fun to be right on beach. Unit is better suited to a couple, our adult daughter used the sofa sleeper. Since she likes to lay in bed a lot we couldn't use the couch. Not really a big deal. Exterior of building is worn, but unit was fresh and nicely decorated.

Stayed Oct 13, 2023Overall the unit itself was newly renovated and clean. A few easily correctable issues would make the rating 5 star vs 4 star. For instance there was no plug for the bathtub, no kettle, no teapot, and some of the cutlery and dishes were missing (eg lots of soup spoons and forks but only two teaspoons and two butter knives). There was only one pillow for the bed. A bit more attention to, and replenishment of these minor items would make this a five star unit. The building itself is under reconstruction but that too is a time limited issue and does not affect the unit itself.
