Ocean Views & Pool Access: Riviera Beach Condo!

READ THIS REVIEW- Sorry its a little long, but worth it. I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help future travelers. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. As others who have negatively reviewed the Amrit mentioned, Do NOT believe the fake five star reviews. I should have believed the negative ones be for we booked our stay. The positive reviews are clearly phony and do not reflect the actual hotel experience. My son was injured on our first day at the resort which I will detail below.The Amrit is both a hotel and residence. We rented a unit from an owner through VRBO. for a week in April. The unit itself was nice, spacious and generally clean. BUT the hotel is a disaster. Like someone else said, from a distance it looks high-end and luxurious, but once you look a bit closer you'll start noticing the faults. This was clearly built very quickly and rushed.The construction quality was very poor. The overall build felt cheap and hastily done, with unfinished molding and cracks in the floors and poorly sealed windows. The staff tries to be friendly, but they clearly haven't been trained properly and seem very confused and overwhelmed.As I mentioned, my son was injured in the elevator, but was lucky that he wasn't more severely hurt. Our first day at the resort we were taking the elevator down to the pool and my son was holding the bar attached to the wall and leaning back. The bar detached from the wall and the entire pa

This was one of the most beautiful properties we have ever stayed. Location was great, building was new, clean, modern and stunning. The unit was decorated with beautiful, comfortable furniture. The owner and rental agent were available and responsive. We were able to check in early and stay late - which was wonderful. We didnt want to leave. The building is 1/2 residences and 1/2 hotel - so we had our own pool area. There is a newly opened beach bar serving food and beverages (shout out to CHRIS!). Beautiful balcony with spectacular views. It was everything we wanted and more. Cannot recommend more highly.

Exactly what I expected from an Evolve Rental

This is a beautiful condo that is well appointed and perfectly located. Higher end furnishings and nice pools and ocean access. Much better experience than the Ritz Carlton where we stayed last year. Very responsive staff (but a bit disorganized at times). Highly recommend.

Only giving four stars due to the air mattress having a hole/leak and my dad had to sleep on the couch. Other than that very nice

The best VRBO experience I've ever had. The apartment is gorgeous with beautiful ocean views and upscale furnishings. The resort property is spectacular with multiple pools, bar, coffee shop and restaurant, workout facilities and spa, plus of course the beach! Other restaurants are in walking distance. Host was highly responsive. Can't rave enough!

Here’s a concise review you can use:Bright, modern, and beautifully maintained condo with a stunning ocean view. The space looks brand new and offered all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The owner was quick to respond to any questions, making the experience seamless. Highly recommend for a peaceful beach getaway on Singer Island!
