Ocean View - Steps from the Sand - Cottage Unit

The property was great. The weather was uncooperative so we weren't able to take full advantage, but the location is ideal.

C6 was great! Much better than the pictures represented. Clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Loved having the Murphy bed and not having to setup the sofa. Our new favorite unit!

Great location for us as we had plans in San Diego and at Disney. North Coast Villa is amazing. Beach is amazing. Condo was warm at night with no working AC and little airflow unless you left screen door open (which was very noisy). I misread the listing and thought washer/dryer was in the condo but instead the complex has several laundry mats on site. Kitchen in the condo was amazing and well stocked. Lots of little things made it feel like home. Great balcony and great view.

Great weekend. Perfect location. Previous reviews discussed road noise. We were prepared but did not bother us and did not notice from the inside. House had everything we needed. We enjoyed the grounds including pool, putting on the greens, gym, and ping pong. Immediate communication with host. We will stay in future.

This place has beautiful grounds. Most units are in 3 story bldgs. The cottages are the best, on the perimeter of the property, 5 minute walk to boardwalk and sand.

We were in town for an extended weekend. This property was in a great location to explore the beach and downtown. Small but suitable for 2 adults and 2 teens. Great views from the balcony.

Some hot rod and motorcycle noise during the day and evening. Some Early morning garbage truck noise. Location and condo great.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at the NCV cottage. We brought two teen boys that shared the Murphy bed in the living room. I loved not having to make a sofa couch each night! The view was perfect! The dual pain windows helped with the noise of the street. We’ve stayed at NCV a lot and this cottage was one of our favorites. Everything was provided to us in cottage. Plenty of cooking materials. There were tons of boogie boards and chairs in the cottage if you needed them. There were mats laid out to help with the sand control. The cottage had plenty of linens for showering and sleeping. The host was excellent at communication. The air conditioner in the bedroom kept us cool at night. It really was great for our family of four! Thank you! We would stay again!

My husband and i with my 10 year old niece had a wonderful stay in Oceanside. The condo location was great. Plenty big, had everything we needed. The AC was nice to have, very cold. We would stay there again.

Very cute, well kept condo with beach visible from patio. Second story so felt comfortable leaving windows open at night. Easy and quick walk to beach and restaurants in the harbor- so avoids parking hassles. Would definitely stay again. Good communication prior to stay, didn’t really have any issues so did not have to reach out again to owner. Overall excellent, thank you so much Sandy.

We really loved staying here. Sandy gave detailed instructions on how everything worked, there was just some confusion on where to park to get the keys as the check in lot had minimal parking and many spots coned off. A really nice security guard walking around the property helped us out. We loved the unit, super clean and comfy. Secure parking with a dedicated spot. My 5 year old loved the Murphy bed. The property has many amenities like a huge pool and lots to look at, like koi fish as we walked around. This unit in particular has an ocean view and is half a block to the beach, which can’t really be beat. We loved hearing the waves with our patio door open. Lots of businesses within walking distance, including a playground on the beach. We hope to come back! Thank you Sandy for a wonderful stay.

Condo had everything we could possibly need on our vacation. The location was perfect. Could see and hear the ocean from our condo. The grounds and amenities were wonderful. It was all as advertised in the listing. Actually, even better. Would definitely stay here again!
