Ocean View End Unit Air Conditioning /Unit #239 bldg 36 ..3 min.walk to beach.

My wife and I stayed 7 nights. It was the perfect size for 2 people. The air conditioning worked great. The Bed was comfortable and we both slept great. The condo is close to several good restaurants. We took advantage of the Poipu athletic club every day for working out and the pool.

Was quiet and comfortable with the AC and balcony peek a boo view of the ocean very nice.

Unit is clean and comfortable. William is communicative and helpful. We were very happy with our stay.

Host very helpful with information. Check in painless and quick. Condo is comfortable and the view is fantastic! Will definitely stay here again.

The space was comfortable and complete - equipped kitchen, lanai, beach equipment like chairs, umbrella and boogie boards, comfortable bed, nice shower. The location was great - walking distance to the beach, coffee shop, restaurants and gift shops, as well as well-located for popular activities. The fans and AC worked well and were easy to regulate. Parking was easy. The host was helpful, welcoming and responsive.

Aloha!! Loved the location to the beach and view of the ocean/lagoon form the balcony!! Also, this was our 4th stay at Kiahuna Plantation and having the upstairs, end unit with AC was a plus!! Hosts were very responsive to all questions. Definitely recommend this property and we will be back!! Mahalo :)

Condo was in a great location. Close to beaches and restaurants. I really enjoyed the plantation grounds and all the flowers. The owner was easy to communicate with and the staff friendly.

Bill’s unit is in a lovely location with a wonderful view of the ocean in the distance. The unit is now rather dated, especially the kitchen and kitchen cooking equipment, but the place was clean and tidy with the essential benefit of AC, which many of the units do not have! Kauai is beautiful and definitely worth a visit, we had a fabulous time.

We were happy with our condo, especially the patio with ocean view. Furniture and appliances were updated and everything we could ask for. We would definitely request to stay here again if available. Great to have an end unit. Thanks Bill for helpfulness and suggestions

We enjoyed our stay at Bill’s place, it was very comfortable for our family of three. Location was excellent, close to the beach and to the pool across the street.

Kiahuna Plantation is a beautiful property with so many mature trees and flowering bushes. We loved the great lawn and location right on the beach. The condo is as advertised and we enjoyed sitting on the lanai with the view of the beach. Thank you Bill! We hope to visit again someday!!

Bill is an excellent host and the property is beautiful.

This is a great location and the Plantation is a beautiful, well maintained property. We loved the swimming beach right out front, and the pool across the street, with an easy drive to anywhere else we wanted to go. Reservation process with the owner was easy, as was check in/out. The housekeeping service could have been better, and the unit itself could use some updates, but overall it was a great stay.

Beautiful place, just as described. Really nice furnishings, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable bed and a wonderful view from the lanai. The outside grounds are fabulous, with lots of trees and flowers, and the beach just a stones throw away. Bill was really nice and very responsive.

Will make this my go to condo in Kauai.

Fabulous stay in this spacious and comfortable condo. Excellent location close to attractions on the south shore and easy drive to west side (Wimea Canyon) and population centers on the east shore. Killer view from the lanai. Lots of turtles, monk seals, and easy, but rewarding snorkeling minutes away at Poipu beach. Highly recommend!

We loved being so close to the water and having a view from the lanai! Host was very responsive when we had challenges with an after hours check-in!

Our stay here was wonderful. The unit is on an upper floor and is on the end, which made for privacy and quiet. The view was extraordinary. The accommodations were comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. It was clean, and everything worked well. We will return!

Everything about this unit was wonderful and better than described. Clean, very comfortable king bed, nice ocean view short walk to beach and A/C. Second floor so no one above you and parking close by. Very quiet. Host was very communicative and he made everything easy.

Bill's condo is well maintained, and as an upstairs end unit, it was quiet. It has nice ocean views from the lanai. The AC worked well. It's an easy walk to a few beaches. Poipu beach was great for our daughter to play in the shallows and see the turtles on the beach. Bill was communicative and answered any questions we had. Overall, we had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back.

Host was very communicative prior to and during stay ! Bed was super comfy! Fans in addition to family room AC were appreciated ! Kitchen was a little lacking in utensils and plastic wrap or foil for wrapping leftover food items would have been nice. Property overall was nice and also quiet.

Property and grounds are really nice. Easy access to beach and shopping/dining. Great place if you don't feel like driving. Everything you need is within walking distance. Condo is stocked with beach chairs and small coolers if you want to pack a lunch and hang out at the beach. Communication and check in was great. Would definitely go back.

Spectacular location. Condo beautifully decorated & spotless inside. Owner quick to respond to any questions. Everything we needed was there. AC was appreciated! Very convenient location for this part of Kauai. You won't be disappointed staying here! (Oh, and the sand on this beach was smooth & soft as silk!)

We have never been to Kauai before, and this place was perfect! It had lovely ammenities, the people were nice, and it was centrally located for expliring the island. The owner was very attentive with ideas for things to do and the management company was always available when we had questions.
