Ocean View Condo w/Private Balcony, Shared Outdoor Pool, Washer/Dryer, A/C

There's only one a/c unit and the bedroom gets very hot. We wound up leaving a night early. The owner was very prompt to help us when my daughter left her mother's phone in our room - and our only code to the room. The room was also very clean. The unit was dated, but fine aside from the poor airflow/ hot bedroom.

It was close to the board walk only bad thing about this property is that you have to park on the street first come first serve.

Great place to stay, will definitely consider staying here again. Prior reviews said the sofa bed wasn't comfortable but it was new and quite comfortable. Location is fantastic. Full kitchen was nice, no issue at all during our stay.

Our first experience with the condo was trying to unlock it. The pin pad on the lock did not work with the provided pin. Then their master key was not in the lock box and we had to have Vacasa staff come and give a key. Once we entered the condo we quickly found that it was mildly dirty. Blood stains on the comforter, smells coming from the carpet, someone’s clothes in the dresser, and a dirty shower floor. Additionally, the shower faucet wouldn’t completely turn off, the stove is extremely outdated, several light bulbs were out, and the wifi name and password given was incorrect. The Vacasa staff were good help, but I shouldn’t have needed to ask for help so many times in the first place.

The room was homey. Enjoyed the pool. Neighbors were friendly

last minute setup for a few days. unfortunately it rained for 2 of the 4 days.

Upon entering I had to clean the room.. it definitely was not clean. We immediately realized we didn’t have toilet paper! We reached out asking for clean linens and toilet paper, and garage bags… they said they apologized and would send someone over from house keeping. No one ever came, I reached out everyday we were there asking for clean towels, wash rags and toilet paper… every day they apologized for the inconvenience and stated they would get there asap. The batteries in the remotes were dead. The shower was filth and grime I couldn’t even bathe my kids in it. I’ve never in my life stayed anywhere where we had such terrible customer service. To not even leave toilet paper or garbage bags for your guest is beyond me! We had 35 family members stay throughout the condominiums and every single family has a bad review of the week. Definitely do NOT recommend booking with Vacasa or staying at sea nymph

Nice spot for a weekend getaway. Clean. Convenient location.
