Ocean-view condo with balcony, washer/dryer, pools, saunas, gym & tennis

This summer we had great weather so we did not use the amenities much but we were very impressed with the extensive list of movies you could request be shown in the theater. The food is great in the snack shop, the younger bunch love the pool and game room and theater, and the whole bunch of us (five families in our extended family, in five units) had another wonderful family vacation.

We have stayed at Seawatch on and off for many years. The amenities cannot be beat. It feels like an all inclusive resort with two pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, volleyball, basketball, and a playground that are all just an elevator ride away from the room. My young nieces enjoyed movies in the movie theater on a rainy day too. The 603 condo was clean, updated and had ample supplies for all needs. All appliances worked well. The beds were comfortable. We casted Neflix to the smart TV in the living room for a late night movie. Clean towels with instructions for check out available on arrival. We had absolutely no complaints. Our family enjoyed another great week in Ocean City.

We were very pleased with our unit. The top three criteria were more than met - great a/c, quality ceiling fans in each bedroom, and comfortable beds. The place was clean, very nicely decorated. Kitchen has Keurig, toaster, blender. The dishes were a bit chipped and the flatware appeared to be a hodgepodge, but they worked and there were more than enough of each. Could use a few more utensils (for example, there was no scrapper for scrapping batter out of bowls) and the mixer was dated (but I didn't use it so don't know how well it works). The living area definitely could use more lighting. I liked the full-sized washer and dryer. Of the units we've stayed in, it has been the best and we hope to be able to use it again and again over the years as, for over 50 years, my husband's family (over 30 people now) has been coming to OC for a family vacation.

It was our second year staying in this unit and we loved it! House is as pictured and there are a ton of extras that come with the unit (board games, sand toys, pickleball rackets, etc.)
