Avoid Sea Watch 506– Disappointing and Worn Out
Do not rent this unit. The owners should be embarrassed—it’s clear they rarely visit. The entire condo is outdated, dirty, and neglected. Highlights of the issues we encountered: • Dirty kitchen, upon arrival dishwasher had food in it and dirty dishes put away in cabinets. Kitchen cabinets were dirty with food stuck on and flies after the food. • TV in the one room is DVD only and second tv was very old. Not good for technology that children have. • Non-functional and filthy kitchen appliances; no fry pans and minimal silverware, one burner doesn’t work. Made various requests regarding the fridge door seal coming off and it was never fixed. • furniture throughout is extremely worm including beds and sofa. Minimal furniture for the maximum capacity • Sliding balcony door barely usable without pulling your shoulder out • Sandy linens on arrival • Washer/dryer closet cluttered with broken beach gear and rusted old items beach gear • Outdated, grimy bathrooms and rusted fixtures, cabinets broken • Poor maintenance—needs updated painting as the walls are dirty, screws sticking up out of the floor. This place needs a complete overhaul. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Great view, over looking kids playground and the beach. Condo provided washer and dryer, easy access. Walk out from condo to beach! Amenities on site… billard, movie theatre, arcade room, indoor outdoor pool. Fitness room needs weights only cardio! Recommend Sea Watch! Just check on updates in condo before booking!

Great rental for the price and the only cons were the master bed was so uncomfortable and the living room furniture was minimal compared to the amount of guests the rental can occupy. Last but certainly not least - if you're renting this property and have little ones (or even for yourself) watch for the screws sticking up out of the floor where the tile is trimmed off meeting the carpet in the living area. They HURT! Myself and our little one found out the hard way!

Our specific condo that we stayed in was very unclean and unkempt. The couch which was listed as a sleeper sofa didn't even feel safe or clean enough to sit on. When the bed was pulled out, it was actually gross (dirty, pile of who knows what). There was a live cockroach in the kitchen. The drawers in the kitchen were broken and falling out. The Silverware drawer was filthy. We were without power in half of the condo all evening and over night and had to use flashlights to use the bathroom (even after several attempts to get assistance). The kitchen light worked half of the time. The overall amenities of the building were great and very appealing to my kids' large age range and the balcony view was beautiful. However, the listing was misleading as it claimed an additional 4th sleeping space that didn't exist. When I asked for clarification about this space, I was met with total disrespect and disregard. Customer service was overall unhelpful and somewhat condescending/manipulating. (When addressing the bug/couch issue, they offered to spray/clean, which would have displaced us or left us with questionable chemicals and no other accommodations were offered while waiting). Very disappointing!

Nice location, property was everything it was advertised as. Clean beaches. Condo was comfortable and clean. We would stay here agin.

This condominium was very family friendly, with a movie theater, arcade, playground and two pools. Direct access to the beach. This particular condo was clean. I would recommend it to others.
