A $75 fee for building use and vehicle registration is paid on-site and due upon arrival.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

    There aren’t many units that offer a mini week option so we were relieved to find this one in good condition and conveniently located on 2nd floor. Bed set up not great for grown children so probably won’t rent again.

    We enjoyed our time at Braemar. It was nice to be so close to the beach. Our unit was on the same floor as the pool and game room so that was very convenient. Overall clean place but some vents were a little dusty. I would stay again!

    The condo was nicely decorated with a well-stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the unit was quiet EXCEPT for EVERY morning (around 8am) when the trash was picked up (dumpsters are unfortunately right outside the unit). The door to the unit was a serious struggle to get unlocked (we would all take turns to see who could get it) - they would really benefit by changing to a numeric code lock or getting new locks in general. However, even with the hiccups, I do recommend this unit. It is super close to the beach and lots of great food and activities.

    We had a good stay at this property. Check in was smooth. We have to go to Vacasa office across the street to pick up the package and then check into the office of the building to pick up the parking pass. We had 2 parkings pass (1 assigned with number and one unassigned). The beach is walking distance. Lots of restaurant and AYCE crabs places around. We have a good stay. The bathroom could use some updating but overall ok. We would stay here again.

    Check in process was not clearly communicated. We never received pool passes. WiFi was not working until 2pm day after check-in and this took at least 3 hours of my time to trouble shoot. Otherwise, house was very clean and well furnished.

    Couch-sandy, covered in hair Showers-moldy (tile and shower curtains) Kitchen-Dirty cabinets inside and out Patio- Dirty, cigar butts, ashes all over Keys to door- after the 5th key they gave me, it finally worked. Building maintenance crew had to unlock the door many times. Their key worked immediately. While the unit is old and really needs upgrades, the cleanliness of a rental unit should not suffer from that. Vacasa was non responsive to get unit cleaned timely. Waited almost a full day to get someone out there. I spoke with 4 different representatives with Vacasa about the dirty unit and that I wanted to be called when the cleaning crew got there. They didn't call and more importantly didn't really clean the unit the second time they were in there. Service and cleanliness were awful. Vacasa should start paying attention to their many 1 star reviews.

    This rental was located in a great location. It offered easy access to the beach and there were several other amenities (grocery, food, drink) available in the immediate area. The room itself was...okay. the rental is old and in need of updates and repair. The key was extremely difficult to use and it was very hard to get in and out of our room. Be prepared to pay additional fees.

    This unit looks nice in the pictures but it is filthy! Dust caked on all vents and baseboards. Bathrooms needed wiped down when we arrived. Gunk spots on the bathroom walls. Sand and crumbs everywhere.. Also, the Braemar property manager is terrible! She was very difficult and did not care about our stay because we booked with Vacasa. We had read the bad reviews but expected they would have given it a proper cleaning. But that was not the case.

    We had a great week in Ocean City. Two adult children + two parents. The location was awesome. Close to the beach and everything else. Close enough that we could run up to the room for snacks midday. Well appointed condo but showed some minor signs of age. Bathrooms were nice but have not had the same attention as the rest of the condo. All in working order and fine. Loved the little deck for our morning coffee and the sunrise. Kitchen was well-supplied but lacked dish towels. It had everything else we needed. There is a locker for your beach things but there is no lock. Also, the lock to the condo was tricky until you got the hang of it. Lots of jiggling. It was a nice quiet condo. Didn’t hear any neighbors and enjoyed the peacefulness. Managing company was excellent to work with. Very welcoming and helpful with all of our needs. Of note - There is only ONE parking spot. We suggested they update their property listing. Regardless, the management company was great at helping us figure out what to do with our second car (excellent customer service). All in all, it was a great week of relaxation and good family time. Thanks!
