Ocean View Condo Steps from the Beach with Balcony, WiFi, AC & Shared Pool

The unit has a great balcony and beach view as well as easy beach access. The condo was very clean, well furnished and well equipped. The entire building is well maintained.

Once we stepped foot into the condo, the wide open hallway made me very pleased! Beautiful and open unit! All the beds were comfy, linens provided was an extra bonus. Plenty of plateware , utensils and pot/pans. The three full bathrooms all wonderful. The Laundry room was awesome! Beach was fantastic. The pool was always clean and almost never crowded. I was caught off gaurs with the pool being in a different building but got over that pretty quickly. Looking forward to next year!!

We had a great stay at the Meridian. The elevator code can be a little confusing- but the condo was amazing.

The room was beautiful and was very updated but the couch and loveseat had seen better days. Had a great time and the view is wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable and each room was large with it's own bathroom. We had easy access to the beach, pool, gym, parking. We will come again!

305 is a beautifully decorated and spacious condo steps from the sand and very close to the elevator. The wifi was strong at all times which was appreciated. Flat screens TVs in all 3 bedrooms and living room (we only used the queen bedroom and living room tvs and both worked perfectly). All 3 bedrooms had attached baths which we loved. Cabinets were well stocked with dishes and cooking items as well as some extra trash bags, dish soap, and other incidentals (we replaced what we used). The only issues were the sofas in the living room have seen better days. We sank into and them and could barely get out. They're not comfortable at all. The room key is tricky but we figured it out. These are not deal breakers in any way, just worth mentioning. We had a great time and definitely would stay again!

The best place we've ever stayed in Ocean City, MD. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Already thinking about booking it for next year.

Stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend Friday-Tuesday. A/C did not work from the second we walked in the place and presented a message of System Malfunction Call Technician on the thermostat. I immediately contacted Vacasa and told them about the situation. They said they would submit a ticket and have a tech come out to address it. Went about our day on Friday and when we returned back it was obviously not fixed. Spent the next 3 days calling Vacasa 2-3 times a day to figure out when someone was going to come out. Every time I was given the same BS response of a ticket has been submitted, and someone will reach out to you. The whole trip goes by and not a single call back from Vacasa, and noone ever came out to look at the unit. The weather that weekend was extremely humid with passing rain and fog. This resulted in all the carpet, beds, and luggage becoming damp from the moisture in the condo due to needing to keep the windows/doors open to get any breeze in the place. STILL have not been able to get in touch with management at Vacasa. Worst vacation experience i've ever had. DO NOT STAY AT THIS UNIT. DO NOT BOOK A UNIT THAT VACASA MANAGES.
