Stayed Jun 29, 2024I was on vacation and could not sleep in at all. The condo above is must have been having flooring put down because by 7 every morning the sawing and hammering started.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024We arrived a little earlier than planned and I asked if we could go ahead and check in and she said absolutely. The condo was perfect for us while we stayed there. The pool was a big hit for my children. Easy access to the beach. Will definitely be booking with them again.

Only complaint it took 3 days to fix kitchen sink, granted one of the days was Sunday, but they were supposed to come Monday said no parking which I went down and there were 8 spots available, finally came back and fixed Tuesday. Asked for some money off never heard back

Stayed Jul 29, 2023Description was spot on, the construction was a little loud during business hours but we were at the beach or pool most of the time. Can’t wait til it’s finished for our trip next year. Great location, easy access to beach.

Stayed Jul 8, 2023We enjoyed our stay; the apartment was just the right size and had all accommodations we needed. We understand the construction going on, not being able to use the balcony, and no beach access was beyond your control, and something that has to be done at the time of our stay, and in the future. We definitely would consider staying there again, the only drawback is that it is about 1.8 miles from where the rest of our family stay. Thank you again.

Stayed Jun 24, 2023The condo was amazing! Everything as is in pictures and the ocean luxury realty was amazing host. The condo is right on the ocean! I could have not picked a better place for me and my family. We stayed a full week. The condo was updated and clean and fully stocked! The location is perfect. I highly suggest renting anything from ocean luxury realty. The sand dollar condo is amazing for families. Thank you for a great stay!!

Stayed Jun 10, 2023The lady in the office was awesome and went above and beyond to help. Was glad to have had a pool but it did need some attention. Alot of trash and debree all around. I'm sure this was probably due to all the construction going on. Policy on parking during construction was not made completely clear. We were under the impression that parking was scarce but not that there was NONE AT All. The lady in the office was very helpful though so, due to her, it all worked out.

Stayed May 10, 2023Condo was nice, secure, comfortable. Pool was GREAT, hot tub was a little greenish looking. a LOT of construction in close proximity going on which made beach access quite difficult
