Stayed Dec 13, 2025The listing photos are 100% accurate—if anything, the unit is even nicer in person.The owners were welcoming, responsive, and easy to communicate with, and they provided clear, straightforward instructions for entry. The keyless entry was especially convenient—no keys to keep track of during our stay.The condo itself was extremely comfortable, with great furniture and cozy beds. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the unit, including a few K-cups with sugar and creamer, which saved us a grocery run on the night we arrived.Everything felt fresh and well maintained, with all new appliances. The balcony views were a highlight and made for a relaxing place to start and end the day.The wi-fi was fast and reliable and the condo was spotless on arrival.Resort rules were clearly explained and easy to follow, which made the overall stay feel smooth and stress-free.One note for future guests: there is no washer/dryer in the unit (this was clearly stated in the listing—we just overlooked it). That said, the building has shared laundry facilities, and they’re very easy to use thanks to a handy app that shows machine availability and alerts you when your laundry is finished.Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend it to others visiting Hilton Head.
