Ocean-view condo, 1 block from beach with enclosed balcony & pool

Great location within walking distance to the beach. The pool on the property was nice.

Beach view was nice and very clean place

It was perfect. Clean and quiet area so it wasn't overwhelming. Most people in the complex were elderly so taking a family was great because we basically had the pool to ourselves and they're wasn't any partying going on. Just great for a family stay. Only downside is 3rd floor walk up.

Overall the condo was lovely, great location, and just seps away from the beach!

Do not book this place. I’m fighting to get my money back. It was not very clean and it has roaches! Never have I stayed anywhere that I saw a live roach run across the floor! The first thing we noticed unpacking is no trash bag in the trash can but a hair ball in the bottom. Then another huge hair ball in the living room. The utensils canister on the counter were dirty. It just felt yucky. But we put a trash bag in the trash can, luckily I brought my own. Got up the hair on the floor. Later that night we are watching tv and a roach comes running across the floor!! We killed it. And then was worried about the place. Made sure our suitcases were zipped up and went to bed. I couldn’t sleep for worrying a roach could be in the bed. Next morning first thing we are in the kitchen and another roach comes running out. I was done!!! As we are looking around more… there was 6 ant traps on the kitchen counters and 2 plug ins that are ultrasonic pest detection. So obviously they know they have an issue. We packed our bags as fast as we could and had to find a hotel! I sent a message to Vacasa in the midst of all of this. They have responded but I have been told they have contacted their local team and waiting on an update to please be patient. It’s been 3 days and I still get that same response. I had to pay for a hotel and this condo that is not fit to stay in. Seeing 2 live roaches less than 12 hours is gross and we shouldn’t have to pay for the nights we left.

The moment you walk in it felt like a beach home, from the decor to the amenities , they were perfect. It had some flaws but that’s minor just like any home, overall it would give if a 9/10.

Quaint condo, you can see the ocean. The screened porch was nice to sit out on. Our ice maker wasn’t working which was tough because we were there where every day there was a heat advisory. After some lack of communication I spoke with a supervisor and communicated with a local tech. They were both extremely helpful.
