Stayed Apr 2, 2022Sand Pointe was a great location and we enjoyed our stay. Convenient to restaurants & activities. Our unit was clean and had everything we needed. The add fir the resort stated 2 hot tubs on property, but I believe it’s talking about another resort managed by the property managing company. Weather was perfect and everyone enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Feb 6, 2022We rented the unit in early February. This is a very quiet and mostly elderly tenants in this building. I can say the beds are the most comfortable we have experienced while using VRBO. We found a few small things wrong with the unit but after mentioning them to the host company, they resolved them within a few hours.
