Ocean View -5th Floor-2 Balconies, Space X Launches, 180-degree views East-West

Best stocked property we have stayed at. Clean, spacious and everything works. Great host.

Great place. Loved the closet full of beach gear! The construction next door was unfortunate but we were well prepared by the host and it wasn’t intrusive.

Well-appointed condo. Everything you need is there. Accommodations are excellent. We used the tennis court, the pool and the beach. All were fantastic. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the construction next door. We were warned about it and I can’t say I was really bothered by it, but they did start work before dawn and finished around 5-6pm. We were also only here during the week so perhaps they work less on the weekends.

Manager warned us about construction next door to unit to give opportunity to back out however we decided to still stay. With that being said noise level was very low so no issue. Unit was extremely clean and very well outfitted. Communication with owner was outstanding. Location ideal to Patrick, grocery shopping, dining, and regular shopping. Access to beach was a breeze and able to see shuttle launches.Would definitely stay here again

My teenage daughter her friend and her mom and I had a pre vacay before nationals in Orlando. The drive from Tampa airport was easy and the property is amazing! This is our second time staying at the sandcastle and we will be coming back next year. Love all the restaurants and the community is just very welcoming to vacationers getting around Cocoa Beach, Melbourne so easy.. our favorite thing from this pre-Vacay was watching scary movies at night and then going out to the beach afterwards. Lots of laughs! This unit had everything we needed to make delicious food and feel at home. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Very clean and well maintained.

This property was amazing. The condo is very well stocked with anything you may need for cooking, laundry, pool day, beach day, etc. The owners make it very easy to have a relaxing vacation. We did have one question and was quickly answered. I would recommend the condo to all my family and friends. We had a super vacation. Thank you .

We enjoyed our stay at Sand Castles and hope to return soon. Doug was quick to respond when we had questions. The Condo was decorated beautifully and clean. It is close to the ocean for walks on the beach and the pool was so comfortable and protected when the ocean winds were strong. We were able to watch 3 launches from our Balcony and on the beach. It is an easy drive to Disney and very close to Kennedy Space Center. Thank you Doug.

Overall a nice unit, corner view. Westin is building a new hotel next store, hope it doesn't ruin the view,as now you can see Port Canaveral.

2nd floor oceanfront. Large two bedroom condo and 2 full baths. Good supplies. Older unit but perfect for A family . Sheets on king should be replaced since they are at the end of their life. Glass table needs to be cleaned better. A few utensils were dirty. Elevator was broken upon arrival so I had to switch my unit with the owner which worked out.

We had a great experience at this Condo. It was absolutely beautiful, spacious enough for the whole family, love that it is within walking distance to the beach and had an ocean view from the balcony

I could not have been more pleased with the condo. Clean, stocked, great location, spacious, I could go on and on. Beach is right there, also so a SpaceX launch, the kids loved their surf lessons and bioluminescence kayak tour. Hubby and I loved the chance to just chill!

Location was EXCELLENT. The property was exceptionally clean and included all the beach gear. The views were amazing from the balconies.

Only 2 complaints the sun rises over ocean instead of setting and the space x launched cancelled 3 times so we missed it. All of which clearly out of your control! The room and property were awesome! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was so pretty! Loved how everything was decorated beachy! The condo was well stocked with everything we needed! We could see the beach from the balcony! Saw rocket launches from Cape Canaveral and cruise ships from balcony. Hope we can come back again! Larry & Jan Leopold
