Ocean View 2 Bedroom 3 Bath South Beach Penthouse Steps To The Beach!

This was my first trip to South Beach and we couldn't have picked a better condo. We were able to walk everywhere. The building is dated but aren't all the buildings and isn't that the point of South Beach! The condo was clean and had updated fixtures. The description and pictures are accurate. The host was responsive when we needed additional towels.

Great stay! The place is walkable to everything you need or want to do. Place is huge with a balcony to enjoy views as well. The host was so accommodating to any request.

Perfect location! Our host was great and always available to answer any questions we had. The house was perfect for 6 adults and very clean. The balcony was a huge bonus. We were out there often. We were amazed that the host supplied paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, towels, beach towels etc. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. Also had a full closet of beach chairs, a cooler, volleyball.... I love that the host allows guests to leave things behind they couldn't use like sunscreen, spices, coffee..... This house truly has everything! We looked forward to staying again.

My four friends and I stayed here for 4 days and it was absolutely perfect! First, the host was so kind, not only did she let us have an early check-in, but she let my one friend who had a later flight stay even later past checkout, which was so incredibly thoughtful. Those two things alone were extremely kind. The location is perfect if you are looking to spend most of your time on South Beach and by Ocean Drive. It is literally a two minute walk, which is so convenient. The house was stocked with beach towels, shower towels, beach, chairs, and umbrellas. The house was clean and tidy when we got there. I loved that the two rooms upstairs had their own private bathroom and shower included. We had no noise issues with neighbors. Everything worked perfectly and I honestly could not have picked a better apartment for my bachelorette trip. If you were thinking of staying at this location… Don’t hesitate, just do it! You won’t regret it I promise!

Super close to the beach, clean, and spacious!

LOCATION IS PERFECT!! Do NOT need a vehicle to get around. If you do have a car there is a parking garage about 2 blocks down. The place was super spacisous for myself and 4 girfriends whi cane

Do not stay here until the place becomes bug free. My poor wife is still covered from head to toe with bed bug bites, which required medical attention and caused extensive discomfort. We did communicate this to landlord. No refund, apology, or sympathy offered. Renter beware.

Great weather and right in the heart of South Beach. Walkable to everything. Beach was only a block away and we had a view of the ocean from our balcony’s.

If you’re coming to Miami for your boys bachelor trip, this is THE SPOT STAY. Beach is right in the backyard, ton of nightlife, and it’s just absolute perfect spot for the boyz.
