Stayed Sep 19, 2025We had the best stay! We loved the spaciousness of the condo, it worked well for our two families! The 3 balconies were an awesome bonus. The beach was steps away and we were able to walk with our beach gear and 3 kids with ease. We hope to stay again in the future!!

It was the first time in years that our first few hours after arriving weren’t spent cleaning the unit! Can’t say enough about the ocean views from the property. We hope to have the opportunity to rent again next year.

Stayed Aug 24, 2024We stayed here again for the 2nd season in a row, and for the 2nd time everything was amazing. Love the property, the location, and all the amenities inside. We had additional family members stay this year and even they were wowed. We definitely plan to stay again! We definitely recommend this rental!

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Our family has been coming to OCMD for years and during our last few trips, we have stayed at the Mayfair Beach condo. This building isn’t too old, it has an outdoor pool, ocean block views, is not super crowded and is a quick walk to the beach.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024We had a great time! Condo was clean and ready when we arrived. Kathy checked in later that night and was readily available if we needed anything! The kids floor puzzle was a huge hit with my son and he probably put it together multiple times daily haha. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you!!

You can see the ocean and the bay which is a nice bonus. We already booked to come back next year! Cant wait!
