    Great location. Nice quiet section of beach. Awesome big balcony. Having real cable was nice. The Sunglo hosts are real nice. Refrigerator was very cold !

    We had a wonderful week long stay. Nice quiet, secure building. The location was absolutely perfect, right on the beach with beautiful views. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

    We chose this unit based on the good rate for 2 bedrooms and close proximity to the assisted living facility where my partner's folks live (2 blocks away). Overall, we were comfortable. The living room furniture, curtains and bed linens in the main bedroom seemed new, but the rest of the unit was shabby. The stove is ancient and the ice maker drips freezing into a solid block of ice. Both bathrooms and the kitchen need to be updated and the entire unit needs a new coat of paint. Most concerning were the fire code violations (no working smoke alarm, no cover on the electrical outlet behind the bed right next to the mattress or on the kitchen outlet, multiple outlets pulling out of the wall when you try to use them). The entire unit also had a funky smell to it and the AC unit stopped working after day 2 (fan never stopped running, even on auto). So, a good deal for beachcombers but the unit needs work.

    Beautiful and spacious place right by the beach, very clean and practical. We stayed in a group of 3 and enjoyed the layout of the condo which allowed us to chat on the balcony or living room, do some simple cooking and have separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms. The location is great, literally just steps from the beach. We felt very safe since there is a guard on the premises and a key is needed to enter the hallways. Several restaurants are nearby, as are a grocery store, pharmacy and gas stations. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
