Comfortable king and queen-size beds, living room recliner, queen sleeper sofa, balcony chaise loungers, and a fully equipped kitchen make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. A convenient secretary desk provides a great space for those that must work on the go or for surfing the internet on the free high-speed internet. This beach condo includes portable beach chairs and beach cart for easily transporting your belongings to and from the beach. Games and books are provided for fabulous evening fun or rainy day entertainment.

The balcony is one of the largest you will find in a two-bedroom Panama City Beach condo! At over 270 square feet, it's not just a balcony but an outdoor living space with ample chairs for everyone to enjoy the beautiful views of the emerald coast and quartz-white beautiful beaches while listening to the sound of the waves crashing on shore.

The master bedroom, with king bed, is gulf-front and includes balcony access with the same majestic views of the beach. Sleep to the sound of the waves! The attached ensuite bath includes combination tub/shower and double his and hers vanity. The guest bedroom, with queen bed, includes window views to the north and private access to the second bathroom. A separate large laundry room, including combination washer/dryer, is so convenient for washing or drying as needed and for storing beach items.

Ocean Reef is one of the most conveniently located condos in Panama City Beach! Across the street enjoy Hidden Lagoon Super Go-Cart Track and Putt-Putt Golf or walk over just to enjoy the refreshing ice cream. Also directly across the street you will find a delicious A'more Donuts, Fun Land Grill and Arcade, and gift shops. Fabulous dining and drinks are just two doors down at one of the best, if not the best, beach-front restaurant's on the beach! Runaway Island offers exquisite cuisine, seafood, steak, and beach-front dining options. Walk right up to the bar area from the beach and enjoy refreshing drinks and delicious menu items.

The fabulous Pier Park shopping, restaurant, and entertainment district is only 1.5 miles down the road. Pier Park includes fabulous restaurants such as: Margaritaville, The Back Porch, Hook'd Bar and Grill, Pompano Joes, Dicky's Bar-B-Que, The Red Robin, Five Guys Burgers, Longhorn Steak House, Starbucks, etc.. Pier Park includes the fabulous The Grand Movie Theater, Dave and Busters Entertainment, the famous Tootsies Orchid Lounge, Kilwins chocolate shop, German Hofbrau Beer Garden, quaint shops, and major shopping stores, etc. For outstanding sea-life entertainment, take everyone to the Gulf World dolphin shows just 1/2 mile down the street.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and the busy summer season, please travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. The additional vehicle parks in a, first come first serve, overflow parking lot across the street.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.

    There is no other word to describe this location - it's beautiful and very clean. Everything was great! We had a couple issues, but they sent someone up within 30 minutes to take care of it. The beach is perfect to find small shells and at night, there are hundreds of little white crabs that are fun to find. The water was very clear, until a storm brought a bunch of sea weed/algae to the the area. The water was still fun to play in though. The balcony is amazing! The views are breathtaking from the 18th floor. We can't wait to return! A few things they didn't mention: There is a couple of coolers in the laundry room that are perfect for the beach. There is also 4 beach chairs, a couple of umbrellas, and a bunch of sand toys for the kids. The parking garage is located on the first 5 floors of the building. This means that it is a very tight area for a larger vehicle. We ended up in a Toyota 4Runner and we had to do a lot of 3-point turns in order to get in and out of the parking area. The parking spot has a concrete wall on one side as well, so be prepared for this. Overall, it was an amazing place to stay - and don't forget to run across the street and pick up donuts - you will not be disappointed!

    Overall, we had a wonderful experience here. The only thing that was bothersome was no real beach access for disabled persons. We rented a beach wheelchair, but there were a few steps at the end of the walkway to get to the actual beach. When other people were around, they would help, but when it was just me and my wife, it was really difficult to get up and down the steps. We looked for other access points, but they all had a few steps at the end of each walkway.

    23 floors, 3 elevators, only 1 working. No clue as to when will be fixed. A lot of very frustrated people waiting to get on.

    We had a great stay. The views were amazing from our balcony. Easy access to the beach. The men working the garage and beach access were very helpful and the ice cream shop and some of the activities were within walking distance. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

    The condo itself was great and was as expected. Very clean and neat. The beds were a bit to soft, and therefore not real comfortable. The light in the kitchen was very dim, and should be upgraded to one thats brighter. We expierenced some elevator issues a couple days during our stay, but all in all we enjoyed our stay at this condo.

    This unit needs without question to be updated, the place was dirty and bugs in food that we were told was left by other tenants ( then why was it not cleaned up and thrown out.) apparently not cleaned dust was crazy, dead bugs in plates, chipped dishes, marked glasses (we cleaned for 11/2 days. Furniture worn out. nothing inviting when you walk in accept the view, but all buildings have that view. Some plugs did not work. Made the best of it not going back to that building. The pools and hot tubs were nice and well kept, Grounds were clean and looked after. condo 1803 DO NOT BOOK IT, until they update.

    Love the Condo & the balcony was fantastic. Very Clean, great beds, great shower heads. Maintenance came when called about the sink stopper getting stuck, he was very nice! Elevators all worked & clean and had air circulating so that you were not HOT. Overall we LOVED PCB and will be back to Ocean Reef!

    This condo is beautiful and it was awesome that we got to watch stingrays from the balcony every day. We even saw a couple sharks! It was a really cool experience!
