Would have given 5 stars but the indoor pool was down for the first two days of our stay and 2 of the 3 elevators were out. I anticipated some things being out for winter maintenance but it was very inconvenient with 2 toddlers. The room was amazing; very clean and well stocked. Will definitely book again.

Only 1 elevator out of 3 was working even after numerous people said they complained. We also complained and on day 4 it was finally repaired.The stove was difficult to figure out the temp it was on. No markings.The location

The room was fine. Ocean reef has 3 elevators. Only 1 working the entire week which made for waiting 30/45 minutes to get on the elevator. I heard owners say the other 2 elevators were down for months. We had someone handicapped and couldn’t walk stairs and a baby. Didn’t want to chance falling while carrying her down stairs. Also ocean reef doesn’t have carts to unload and load your things so several trips doing that with 1 working elevator. There were fights over the elevator by ppl waiting so long. Lines were long to get on. Not to mention the staff was rude abt it all.

This unit was very nice and very spacious for our family! The location was also one of our favorite spots so far from the years we’ve traveled to PCB. The balcony was by far one of the best features being larger than most and having plenty of seating for our group. We will for sure be staying here again in the near future!

check in process was very easy, very accommodating. Would recommend having a crock pot at the condo.

This property was close to our work event and met all of our needs.

Love the more private beach setting. You never felt overwhelmed by people crowding you. The only complaints I have is there needs to be a reevaluation on supplies in kitchen. There was only three spoons and not enough cooking pans/skillets. We just went and bought plastic utensils and paper plates. But did need to buy pan/skillet for cooking. Management staff was great in assisting us.

Beautiful view of the gulf and had one minor issue that was taken care of immediately. Smart tv’s everywhere made it easy to log into our own accounts. This place had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was close to everything one we wanted to do. We did not have to spend a lot of time getting to amenities, many were even walking distance!!
