This spacious 2-bedroom retreat features private balconies, a full kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

This vacation rental features: 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom
1) full-size appliances (including a French door refrigerator)
2) A breakfast bar
3) A full dining area
4) A full kitchen with a dishwasher
5) Each bedroom is upstairs and features a built-in ceiling fan to help guests cool off
6) The kitchen, dining and living area and a half bath are on the first level
7) 1st floor has a balcony overlooking the beach. On the second level, the master bedroom faces the Gulf and has a private balcony.
8) The master and guest bedrooms are both upstairs
9) 2 full bathrooms are also on the second level and there is a 1/2 bath on the 1st level

Ramsgate Harbour features a gulf-front heated pool (seasonally), grilling areas, an outdoor restroom facility and covered parking directly beneath the building. Ramsgate Harbour has access to 500 feet of beautiful beach, so your beach experience, right in front of the condo, feels private!

Ramsgate is adjacent to 30A and away from the heavy tourism areas. This community offers some of the most secluded beachfront property in the area, while still being close to the Panhandle's finest restaurants, shopping and other entertainment options. Totaling 66 units, Ramsgate Harbour is a lower density complex that boasts 550 feet of private beachfront.

Parking:

After booking a stay at Ramsgate Harbour, guests are required to complete an online registration process, including a mandatory one-time vehicle registration fee of $36.35 (per vehicle). A vehicle registration link will be provided. It is essential that guests list the exact dates of their stay, as the HOA actively enforces towing for unauthorized vehicles.

Ramsgate Harbour offers unassigned parking in its generously sized lot. All parking is first-come, first-served. Guests bringing more than one vehicle must register each vehicle separately. Please note that boats, trailers, RVs, and jet skis are not permitted on the property.

Details to note:

Beach Chair and Umbrella Service Available March 1st – Oct 31st! Guests renting this unit may have access to 2 chairs & 1 umbrella. Reservation Process: Guests must request setup. Contact Surf N Sun with your unit number, first & last name, and detailed contact information. Either e-mail the business or call them directly. To ensure chair setup, notify the attendant before 10am. In the event of severe weather, tropical storms, or hurricanes, Surf N Sun reserves the right not to set up.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

    Great location, private, easy beach access, convenient to two grocery stores and CVS. Condo well equipped, love having two balconies (one covered, one open to the sky for star gazing). The only negative was air quality in the unit. AC did not have an air filter installed. Our dust/mold allergies kicked in right away. Multiple contacts with host, yet promised filter did not arrive during our 7-day stay.

    Great location and and easy access to the beach. Place was very clean - the den furniture is a bit dated and not comfortable - the rest of the condo is great. Had a great trip!

    Decent, cleaning crew can definitely do a lot better! No TV in 2nd bedroom which I consider to unacceptable in a vacation property.

    We loved our stay but it would have been helpful to have at least a few necessities on hand, like dishwasher pods or paper towels and maybe some extra toilet paper. It seems like those things would be a very minimal expense and could go a long way in elevating our stay. Otherwise, the location was amazing and we really loved it. Is there a possibility of an elevator ever being installed? We would consider coming back but as we get older, the stairs are becoming an issue.

    We celebrated our wedding anniversary. Condo was excellent! Had a little trouble getting to the beach due to the gate malfunctions, but we managed. Half of the resort is under construction so I would not stay during the working week, due to loud equipment. Location is perfect. We love the quiet west end of PCB!
