New to our rental program in 2026 - Ocean One 220 offers first class accommodations along with the newly renovated oceanfront pool which is heated during the months of March, April, October & November (Weather permitting) and newly chilled during the summer months. Along with the new pool are three ocean side gas fire pits. This 2nd floor oceanside condo sleeps 6+ people comfortably with a King Bed in the Primary Bedroom plus 2 Queens in Bedroom 2 along with a sleeper sofa in the livingroom. Each Bedroom has their own adjacent bathroom. Updated technology, a new 85 TV including Sonos surround sound with Apple TV with every streaming app, along with regular cable and TV's in both bedrooms. After spending hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is just one block from the Coligny Plaza, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. The new Lowcountry Celebration Park is also located nearby just off of Pope Avenue (5 minute walk from Ocean One) and is host to many of the Island Festivals & Concerts that take place throughout the year. There is also a playground for vacationers with small children. Ocean One has one of the best locations in all of Hilton Head along with first class amenities.
