The back door opens to the ocean, while the front door opens to the pool and in between awaits a fully stocked kitchen and en suite master bath with a jetted tub. Some close attractions are the Port 1 mile, Victory Casino 1 mile, Cocoa Beach 5 miles, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station and Space X Launch Control Center 5 miles, Kennedy Space Center 20 miles, Disney Parks 60 miles.
This 2nd floor condolocated right off the elevator has everything you'll need for a comfortable getaway.
The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV, huge walk-in closet and en suite bath complete with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The second bath has a shower and a large sink. Guests will be welcomed by a queen size bed and cable TV in the second bedroom. The living room provides additional sleeping space with the couch converting into a sleeper sofa. The living room also has a cable TV and plenty of seating for guests. The kitchen is fully stocked for any cooks out there! Conveniently the kitchen provides a dishwasher and trash compactor. Additionally, there is a dining area and a breakfast nook, both complete with a table and four chairs, seating for 8 in total. For guests' convenience there is a laundry area with a washer and dryer in the condo. Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool open exclusively to them. There is a work station complete with a desktop computer and printer.

Guests will have private access to the beach. Guests can see many boats and cruise ships glide over the Atlantic. Being located in Cape Canaveral, guests may be treated to witnessing a rocket launch. Conveniently located between the condo and the beach is an outdoor bathroom, and rinse off station. There also is a pool that is exclusively for guests. Another amenity that is exclusive to guests is gathering spaces. On the second floor near the elevator there is a terrace where other residents gather for good conversation and good times. The lobby area has an additional gathering space.
The condo will have some starter supplies of hand soap, toilet paper, dish soap etc., guests will be responsible for these items for the duration of their stay.
