Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this condo. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for their stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.

This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.

No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This unit sleeps 6 people max per the fire marshal. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out.

Maintenance & cleanliness issues should be reported to us within 2 hours of checking into the unit. We want to ensure that maintenance issues & cleanliness issues are addressed as soon as the guest checks in so Anchors Away can make it right. Failing to do so guests will be responsible for damages reported after the checkout inspection & after the 2-hour window of checking in the guest takes the unit as is. Please make sure to inform us of any issues regarding maintenance & cleanliness when you arrive.

There is limited parking at this resort. Per HOA rules only 1 vehicle pass is permitted for each unit. Please make arrangements for 1 vehicle only. There is no overflow parking. There is only 1 parking pass offered with this rental. A $25.00 charge is already included in the booking total. There are 6 wristbands included with this booking & will be left inside the unit for you along with the parking pass. If any 6 are damaged or missing during your checkout inspection, you will be charged $10.00 for each wristband that is damaged or missing.

No outside golf carts or scooters are allowed within the resort. No exceptions.

This unit is not pet friendly. If we are notified that you have a pet in the home, you will be evicted immediately with no refund. If any evidence of a pet is found during inspection after your checkout you will be charged a $500.00 violation fee.

No smoking if any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.

Check In Time is 4pm check out time is 10AM if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour charge.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by security of guests be disturbing to others, you could be evicted with no refund.

Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.

Ring Camera Notice: For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the front door that records audio & video. Do not tamper or cover the camera. If you cover or tamper with the camera - you will be evicted immediately & no refunds will be given.

We respectfully ask that you do not rearrange kitchens or move any of our furniture. Additional charges will apply.

Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night.
We never want our guests rushing straight to the store when they arrive.
One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.

Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.

The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.

There is a damage waiver of $69.00 included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. The rate of $69.00 in the booking breakdown is for stays less than 27 days. If a guest books a 28-90 day stay the rate does increase for those reservations. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price. Rates 28-59 nights will be a total of $280.00 for the coverage. Rates 60-90 nights will be a total of $450.00 for the coverage.     We love Panama City and one of the most family friendly places to stay is Seychelles. This unit was perfect. Its location suited us with smaller children and the balcony view was great. Everything was clean and in order. Definitely recommend!
