Ocean Keyes is located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. This beautiful gated community is located 2 streets across from the ocean. This 4th floor unit has an elevator and also has a great view over-looking a beautiful lake with fountains. The property features 6 swimming pool courtyards with baby pools, whirlpools, game room and a fitness center. It's close to Main Street as well as Hwy 17. Public beach accesses and parking are every few blocks in North Myrtle Beach. It's an easy walk to the beach. This spacious 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath with a gorgeous view of the winding lake, and a glimpse of the ocean from the balcony. Unit 3941 is very tastefully decorated and is located on the fourth floor with a fully equipped kitchen, DW, Washer & Dryer. Very tastefully decorated. We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 25. McMillan Real Estate, Inc cannot rent to teenage or college age groups, even if accompanied by an older chaperone. House party groups are NOT allowed. Should a house party attempt to occupy a property, they will be denied entrance or evicted, with no refund. Properties are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of the owner. Saturday to Saturday - Weekly Rentals Only. Trip Insurance available for additional fee. No Smoking allowed in Unit, balcony, or on either side of entrance. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RV's allowed. Two parking passes allowed per condominium.

Property was more than we expected!! The pictures on the website do not show the actual beauty of the place!! The view from the balcony was gorgeous!! Extremely spacious! Property grounds are very well kept & monitored, felt extremely safe! The pool was also very nice & well kept! I’m certain it would be an easy walk to the beach for a younger crowd but we chose to drive which was only about a 4 minute drive!! Check in was very smooth & due to leaving extremely early we dropped everything in the drop box which was also very convenient! There was only 1 slight downfall due to our family being extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness….don’t get me wrong, the place was clean on the surface for the most part!! However, for as nice as the place is I would do a deeper cleaning. Our family enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay again!!

The Condo is beautiful, very spacious and well stocked to cook in. The view is gorgeous, the condo is overlooking a pond. I would definitely recommend. We only had one issue, the air is locked at 74 and the condo gets hot. We purchased fans to help cool the Condo.
