Ocean House 2904 2 bedroom 2 bath gulf-front condo

The condo was just as pictured, property was well kept, and I always received a quick response to any questions I had. We will definitely stay here again!!

The condo is in a great location with nice furniture. It was very clean. We would stay there again.

The location was perfect and the lobby and outside areas were very clean. Easy access to the beach and there was always available parking. The views from the 9th floor were incredible. We would definitely rent again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was a good size and the ocean view was spectacular. However, the wi-fi was extremely slow! The living room couch and chairs were not the most comfortable. The master bed was not very comfortable either. While we were there we had issues with both toilets running constantly and the oven door hand came off in my hand. We had to have maintenance come. They were attentive and handled the issues in a reasonable time frame. We typically vacation in Destin, FL and had been to Gulf Shores many years ago so wanted to go back and see how it has changed in comparison. In Destin, FL 2 very nice beach loungers and an umbrella are included with most all condo rentals, the parking is part of the condo rental fee as well in Destin and the condos have soap, shampoo, dishwasher tablets, TP, paper towels, etc. for the week rental in Destin. Chairs and an umbrella alone for the week in Gulf Shores was an additional $250 which is absolutely ridiculous!!! In addition, you have to pay $30 to park on their parking lot after paying a pretty hefty rental fee. I hate being nickeled and dimed!!!
