The unit is approximately 920 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or a stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroomand hallway. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower.

This unit is under new ownership beginning May 2023. Owner will provide code for check-in and will be available during your stay for questions or concerns.

    Beachside is the best for views and keeping road noise to a minimum. Great beach for daily walks. Walk or drive to a variety of restaurants for all tastes and price ranges.

    The condo was great. It was exactly as described. The location was perfect. Access to the beach was easy and very close. There is a large, walk-in pool. Staff was regularly visible. The condo host responded to questions very quickly, both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.
