Ocean House 1905 2 bedroom 2 bath gulf-front

The ONLY “fuss” I have is that we were not told that the parking pass was cash only. Otherwise the stay was really nice. Clean, beautiful views, and a short walk to the beach. I would definitely stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been to a lot of rental condos over the years. This one was one of the best. No complaints about it at all. The view is lovely from the top floor. I think they need to update some of the walkway area to the beach. One area is old wood that is breaking down and is covered by black (in the heat?) outdoor carpet. It really needs replaced and I worried about splinters and it was hot.One thing I will add that I wish I may have seen in reviews is the jellyfish in the area. This has nothing to do with the condo, but if I'd known this is a known jellyfish beach I'd probably have gone elsewhere. Two of my kids got stung on separate days, then they were afraid to go back in the water. Many people got stung this season according to a store owner where we went to buy sting medicine. Just a consideration for families. Maybe do some research before your trip to see how it's looking at that time of year.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The AC didn't work when we arrived. We called and 20 minutes later they had maintenance there and he fixed it quickly. The balcony was our favorite area of the condo. Early morning coffee and watching the dolphins swim by!We would all stay here again.

This is our third stay at this condo and once again it didn’t disappoint! Love the location, the amenities and the comfort it provides for two couples.

Just a quick beach trip to catch up with family. We had a lovely time even though it was cooler. Enjoyed the balcony so much. Wonderful furniture out there made for relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay. The location and the unit were fine. We did not use the pool due to the weather, but it was a nice, clean area. We were a bit surprised about the lack of “niceties”…..not a problem (and definitely made aware of prior to our visit ) but it made shopping an immediate need.

This is our second stay at Ocean House and will continue to come back. First time staying in unit 1905 and would love the opportunity to come again. Clean inside and out. Perfect location. The balcony seating was 5 star.

The condo was exactly as the pictures!! Very close to everything. Quiet and very family friendly! Only issue we had was when we came back to condo around 10 pm and there was NO parking!! We lucked out and someone was leaving the 3rd time around the lots. Other than that we had a great time!! And would definitely recommend to other family.

It was very clean and perfect for a small family. Perfect view and close to anything. Not really specific with parking information and check in.

The property was in a very good area, employees were super nice and helpful. The stay and play was great!

unit was nice... we had a few issues with the air conditioner and the elevator went out a few times causing we 60 year olds to climb 9 flights of stairs

Great property. Clean. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy bed. Great view from upper floor. Parking not an issue. Elevator worked well. Only wish - the exterior door to condo would automatic lock when you exited. If you do not lock it the condo is open to all.
