The condo was nice but the shower head in the front bedroom needs to be replaced and it would’ve been nice to have more outdoor seating options for the balconies. The current furniture is outdated and not very comfortable. Also, I would suggest providing a pitcher so guests can make lemonade or sweet tea. The condo sleeps more like 7 rather than 8. The pull out couch was very small for two people to use. My son said that he found sand in his bed the first night. Overall, we had a great time. The check in/check out was very simple and the location on the beach was great!

Our stay was decent. We really couldn’t enjoy the balconies because the air never got below 75 degrees despite trying to turn it down so didn’t want to open balcony doors and let our only little bit of cool air out. The far bathroom shower was clogged. The distance to the beach and pool were great! The beds were comfy! The space definitely accommodated our family. Having a bathroom with every room was great! Difficult keeping condo free of sand as vacuum didn’t work right it blew the sand back out as you tried to vacuum.

The stove, AC unit and master bath needs updating. It has a tub (garden)/shower combo, but water goes everywhere on the floor. We called maintenance and they never showed up to fix AC.

We had a wonderful time . The codo was very clean and we loved the pool area. Only complaint i had was the garbage disposable was backed up and the front bedroom bath didn’t drain good . Oh and the board over the kitchen cabinet fell off. Call for repairs to be made but nobody showed up . I would definitely rent again .

Every year I mention that a table on the balcony would be great. A bigger TV in the living room would be nice too. The carpets could use a good cleaning, other than that, all good!
