Ocean Front Views! Indoor & Outdoor Pool! Great Location Near Restaurants, Shops

Clean, great proximity to attractions and daily needs, close to beach and boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again.

This Condo should have been renovated 5 years ago. The sliding door curtains were ripped and dirty. The table and chairs outside on the balcony were rusted and worn. The entertainment console drawers were damaged and need repair. I embarrassed my family staying here as the beds took me down to the floors. My wife and I slept in separate beds and our children shared the master which was in need of a new bed. The best was the trash shoot area. Just put your trash along with your pizza boxes on the floor and leave. What the hell was that! Another failure was the trash area outside of the front entrance on the left side where the cans sit at the bottom of the unused trash area. Send the health department over there to shut the whole place down before someone gets sick. Tell the owners to put some money into their investment or sell it to someone who cares a little more. Great location, very clean, property manager was very quick to respond to any and all questions.

The property is exactly as advertised. The owner was very responsive. Very clean overall. Loved that the kitchen came fully stocked with cooking utensils/pots and pans/plates etc. Location is hard to beat, within walking distance of pretty much anything you need.

A few things need some attention in the condo, but usable and overall a great location with a great view. The beds are less than comfortable.

Comfy bed. You can sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins frolic!

Everything was perfect

Perfect location for our needs. Manager was amazing! Some new paintng and minor repairs would make it shinier. We hope to return soon.

The location, property and amenities were exactly what we had hoped for. Easy access to the beach and pool areas were great. Several places to eat within walking distance. Fully functional kitchen. (could have had a couple more pots and pans)

We’ve stayed at Majestic Sun numerous times. We’ve always had a great condo. This room was just ok. The master mattress was uncomfortable and in need of replacing. The TV cabinet was scratched up on the inside. The outside patio was dirty and in need of painting. The patio chairs were cheap and a little rusty. The beach umbrella and chairs were rusty and broken. The couch was small and uncomfortable. I would not stay at this unit again.

I highly recommend this condo. It was very clean; this one faces the beach. There are great restaurants within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Location was great, a bit crowded but that is the time of year. Property could use some upgrading but it served our purpose.
