In March 2026 after bike week I spent 3 weeks in my condo. The place was very busy with Spring Break students and families. My wife and I had a wonderful time. No issues. We are located in Daytona Beach, 3 miles north of downtown Daytona. This condo is conveniently located near restaurants, a Publix supermarket, a shopping center and many little stores and shops. Stayed Jul 3, 2025Even though I was told that the pools were not operating, this property is in poor condition. There were only three elevators working out of seven. On check out day, another elevator went down. I also use a cane and there were only three luggage carts the whole time I was there. Also parking garage was closed due to hurricane damage. The additional parking was inconvenient to use as a handicapped person. The walk to the beach was difficult.

Stayed Oct 16, 2025The host was excellent..good communication..the amenitites weren't available while we were there due to weather issues (they are updating them and had signs posted that it should be completed by Q3 of 2026)but the condo was perfect for 2 of us. We went for Biketoberfest and the location was ideal! We would definitely stay again!

Stayed Feb 14, 2025The studio was as pictured. Enjoyed the area. Convenient to shoppingand restaurants. Only reason i gave it 4 stars is that the unit didn't have any wash cloths.
