Maya was the perfect host. Very responsive. Her penthouse was perfect for a week's stay. All the comforts of home and a breathtaking view of the beach. Would recommend to friends and family.

Great place right on beach. Make sure to bring sheets, towels and paper products like TP, Papertowels, Kleenex. Place was clean, easy to get to. We had issue with shower head and Maya worked quickly with us.

Condo was very nice and we had a great time

Maya was an absolute pleasure to work with! She is such a sweetheart and could not be more accommodating. The condo has a wonderful side view of the ocean and sunsets which were so soothing. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the condo is very old and dated. The TVS are very small. Decor is very 80’s and needs a healthy about of modernization and painting, Screens were dirty, dishes left out on the counter from last guest, etc. But overall it was a very pleasant weekend getaway. And again, The owner is so nice!!!!

Perfect location in North Wildwood. Steps away from the beach, and a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk. We have been in many locations in Wildwood in the past and this was our favorite. Will be returning in the future.

We had a wonderful week at a very comfortable condo with a beautiful view looking south towards the boardwalk. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything we could need. The two Weber grills by the pool area were great and there were plenty of umbrella tables for our family get together. The kids loved the pool and of course the beach was beautiful. Maya was always quick to answer our questions! We hope to return next year!

This rental is fantastic! The unit is very clean and much roomier than many (the listing pictures don't convey how spacious the main living space really is!). The kitchen is adequately stocked for basic cooking, and communication with the owner was smooth and timely. Plus, there were several really helpful features included in the unit: (a) more than enough hooks/racks in the bathroom for bath towels; (b) a shoe rack near the door; and (c) a drying rack for the balcony for bathing suits, towels, etc. The building itself has secure entrances, and there is always building staff on hand to answer questions, help, etc. There are also luggage carts and shopping carts to aid in hauling everything up to the unit. Finally, the pool and grill areas were immaculate. Note: If you missed it in the listing details, linens and towels are NOT provided in the unit. You must bring your own. However, the unit is absolutely worth renting if that is feasible for you! 100% recommend!

Great location and place was exactly as described. A little hiccup checking in but resolved quickly.

The view from the balcony was fantastic and it was easy to get around and find things as needed. Maya was very helpful in answering questions and providing suggestions. The only downside was that AC was not available in the building so the small bedroom was a bit warm but the rest of the apartment was very comfortable and well-appointed!
