Ocean Front Condo With Wonderful 180 Degree View From Santa Cruz To Monterey

Above what was expected! Pictures don’t do it justice, and whichever cleaning service used, deserves a shout out! My 2 adult children and I had a fabulous stay. Plenty of space and amenities. Paul is a wonderful host, who leaves no guess work for anything. Plan to return!

Fantastic location right next to the beach. Beautiful views from windows and deck. Well equipped kitchen with extras like coffee and snacks. Comfy beds for everyone and a responsive host. Can’t wait to return.

This place was amazing and the best beach view around. It was very clean, had notes on furniture and other areas to help. The kitchen was amazing as well as the shower. I am keeping Paul’s place in mind if I ever visit again!

We absolutely loved this location! We were right on the beach with beautiful views. The condo is totally awesome! It has everything you need in the kitchen, laundry, bedding, and outside activities. It is so beautifully decorated too. We want to move here! Paul and Tuana are terrific and were always available for any questions.

We had an amazing weekend staying here. Bring right on the beach with the crashing sounds of the waves made it all the more enjoyable. The property was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the locale to ocean. Unfortunately because of my husband’s Parkinson’s we were unable to get to the beach but loved looking at and listening to the waves. Thank you for the treats.

Great views set up well

This was a delightful, well-appointed condo on the beach. The decor was pleasant. Everything was very comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The host was very gracious and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

This condo was all that it was advertised to be. Amazing views! Very comfortable and clean. A few steps to the sand and ocean. It is in a safe area. If you are looking for a relaxing place to be on the ocean this is it. Owners were very responsive and we even arrived to a goody basket and wine. It was the best Christmas. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

We found the unit as we expected based on the reviews we read. The view is excellent. The interior decorating looks like something we might have selected. The kitchen is well supplied unlike many other rentals we've experienced. We hope to rent this again.well supplied

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! The view was spectacular! The condo had all we needed to be comfortable and just relax. Paul the homeowner was easy to communicate with and we were gifted with a basket of snacks and a bottle of wine!

This place was real close to the beach! Just a short walk down a sandy hill. The condo has chairs you can use to sit on the beach. The outside table at the condo is tall so you can sit on the tall chairs. We enjoyed sitting on the beach in the evening before the sun goes down. Also enjoyed hearing the sound of the ocean. It was beautiful there! It was only a very short walk. The water is probably less than 150 ft. from the condo. The bed and furniture are very comfortable.

The rental was just as described in listing. Beachfront and beach access was right outside the door! Owners were helpful and communicated quickly. The only draw back of this location is the property is in the middle of a large farming area so getting there is a little bit of an unexpected drive and there aren’t many restaurants close by. However the condo is beautiful and very well equipped, so leaving the condo isn’t necessary. We would come back for a staycation again for sure!
