We are Located on the 7th floor of PERDIDO TOWERS. Our home is unique in that we have floor to ceiling windows that overlook the ocean. We have 2 balconies one facing the ocean the other facing Ole River. Private beach for our condo use only. Property is unique with beach AND river side accommodations with private boat dock and tennis/pickle ball courts across the street. Stayed Jul 11, 2024Beautiful Condo with Gulf Front View, and Bayside View where the sunsets. The unit was recently remodeled, and gorgeous decor . It is a smaller complex which makes it so nice. No waiting for elevators and beach and pool not over crowded. The owner is so sweet and helpful. You will not be disappointed.
