Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an SPI Rentals employee.
*There is a pet fee of $125 + tax per pet.
Enjoy spectacular ocean front views from this 10th floor, beachfront condominium! This condominium is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom property with a spacious floorplan. The condominium's large kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, and has all the necessary supplies needed to make a great meal. The condo also offers free WiFi and a washer & dryer.
The living area features nice furnishings and a flat screen tv. From the living room couch and dining table guests can see fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico! The oversized balcony facing the ocean offers a great spot to unwind and relax while taking in the fresh ocean air and gorgeous tropical surroundings. The master bedroom features a large king sized bed, flat screen TV and also looks out onto the beach. Additional guests have the choice of the second guest bedroom with a Full size bed or the third guest bedroom with a set of Full size bunk beds. Both rooms are equipped with TVs as well.
Spend your days meandering through the beautiful grounds, taking a dip in any of the 3 ocean front pools, sipping your favorite beverage under a shady palapa, challenging your friends to a game of tennis, combing the sand for seashells or enjoying many local shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. Spend a lazy day on the beach, or in the lazy river at the Beach Park at Isla Blanca, conveniently located minutes from the Saida Resort!
I would suggest odor eater/room freshener to remove old or watery scents. Otherwise cool.
The property was dirty and very old. They have not updated anything in a very long time. Floors were tore up. Door was tore up. blinds didn't work. electrical plugs did not work. Alot of issues
We absolutely loved the place, great customer service, great pool area, the access to the beach was out favorite. The place was so homey and PERFECT
My experience was awesome! The rental was everything I expected and more. I will be returning as soon as I can. :)
1.- the door is to the balcony does not close 2.- the main door very deteriorated 3.- the sofas feel dirty and it is very difficult to return them to their normal position 4.- one of the bedrooms the TV is hidden in a closet which does not allow to be seen Excellent view of the sea and sunrise
The check in process was very easy. The condo property was very clean. The unit itself was good. The bathrooms need work. The outlet in kids room didn’t work. TVs in bedrooms didn’t work either. The mattresses were all very hard. Kids really enjoyed the pools.
Our family had a terrific time! The Saida swimming pools are very nice. The sun rise and sun set views of the bay and the gulf from this condo were wonderful! The open layout of the condo is very nice with the three bedrooms having maximum separation. The facility is very peaceful adding to the enjoyment of the stay. Bring your own pillows!
There were a few things we were surprised to discover when we arrived at Saida III #3101. The bedroom has a floating bamboo floor that's buckled and moving in a few places, making it like a funhouse floor, easy to trip on. The master bedroom bed had no fitted sheet or mattress cover on it, only a flat sheet that wasn't big enough to tuck under the mattress. That meant that we ended up sleeping directly on the mattress because the flat sheet moved around and exposed the mattress. There were no beach towels even though the property has 3 pools and is next to the beach, so we had to buy beach towels. The kitchen was lacking the basics like salt & pepper, aluminum foil, coffee filters, cooking oil, and storage containers. The master bath's bath matt was so dirty that it didn't look like it had been washed in months. Overall, the Saida property is in a great location and has great amenities. We were disappointed in the experience that unit #3101 had to offer.
Location was great. Amenities were subpar. We had two units and the other unit was upgraded and full of beach items. Our unit was definitely outdated and lacking any beach items. Limited basic necessities.
The only thing good about the property was the view from balcony ( balcony itself sucked) and the building's amenities. This property is horribly outdated. The door is broken so its very hard to lock and unlock. The blinds are broken so you can't even let sunlight into main rooms. Both sinks in the bathrooms were completely clogged since arriving. 80% of the outlets did not work. The floors were tore up. Everything is extremely old, outdated and the owners wont even spend $5 on the property to fix very simple things. None of this is expressed prior to renting. Do not stay here, it is not worth the money...
Excellent early winter getaway. Great spacious unit with good accommodations. Stayed with spouse and our 4 adult kids, plenty of bedrooms and relaxation areas. Favorite thing was the views from the 10 floor both of the gulf and of the Laguna Madre, sun rise and sun set.
