Stayed Sep 13, 2025The property needs to be updated. Old wall paper , scratched molding, kitchen faucet leaks and you have to adjust it to make it stop. When we arrived, the washing machine kept buzzing. Outside door was hard to close to go out on the balcony. Ice maker doesn't work. Rengency has taken this room off their renters list. That's why they go through you. I think I need a parcel refund.

Stayed Aug 4, 2024The property was very clean and tidy when we walked in. The owners were very responsive when I contacted them regarding hurricane Debby that threatened our stay. This by far gas been the best place I have stayed through a VRBO. The view from the bedroom was awesome. The balcony was big and we spent several nights after a fun day listening to the waves. The beach is a short walk from the property which makes it really nice. Great place to stay with the family. We will be staying g here again!!

Stayed Aug 11, 2024Super easy check in and out process. The property is in a nice neighborhood away from the crowd, which is great for us. It was so convenient having washer/dryer in the unit. The unit was comfortable and was a great home base during our family beach vacation.
