Ocean Front Condo - Beautiful Gulf Views From Curved Balcony - Island Royale

Beautiful, clean. Great balcony on the beach. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need. Lots of extra blankets! Very comfortable beds. I would definitely go again. Just FYI though-they do not allow service dogs.

This place was wonderful! Communication top notch! This will be my go to place from now on. Me, my daughter & granddaughter enjoyed every second of our stay. Very clean, comfortable beds, and the view is great!

Close to many restaurants, kitchen supplied with everything from utensils to crockpots. Check in as easy as 1 2 3. Enjoyed my stay very much

We had a great time at Jeff’s condo and Island Royale property! Everyone was very friendly, the location was great and the condo was well stocked and decorated beautifully!

Jeff was very nice and communicative throughout the process leading up to and during our stay. The complex felt safe with the security guard Joe watching the parking lot and we enjoyed talking with him every day. The condo is right on the beach, which was fantastic for our morning and evening walks on the beach. The condo had everything we needed for a week-long family vacation. Would absolutely recommend the area and Jeff's condo!

Stayed at this unit for the Sand in My Boots festival. Great unit with everything we needed for our weekend stay. It was a short walk to the festival. Great location, great unit with fabulous views. We definitely will book again!

This is the perfect residence for a Gulf Shores vacation. I was blown away by the view of the ocean on first entering the condo, and then having the beach within less than a 20-seconds walk from the condo building is amazing. The condo itself has all the comforts of home, plus there's a pool and hot tub if the ocean isn't enough, and it's across the street from a small supermarket if you need anything. We were really pleased with the residence and the communication with the owner, and will seek it out again when we return to stay in Gulf Shores!

Jeff was in constant communication with us from time of booking through our stay. Place was very nice and exactly as described. Recommend supplying as least 2 rolls of TB per BA and a couple of trash bags, otherwise no complaints

I recommend staying here! Easy access to the beach and amenities of the condo with pool access. Perfect for kids! Jeff was easy to communicate with and very informative! We had a great time!

This condo completely exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and exactly as it is pictured on the listing. The large patio area was amazing to eat meals and watch the ocean. Jeff was extremely easy to contact and was very informative on things we could do in the area. We are looking forward to coming back!

The condo was everything our host stated and MORE! Access to the beach and amenities was superior to the past trips we have had to the Gulf. The condo requires parking permits and the spots are easy to get in and of. The onsite staff is friendly and helpful with any issues. We will definitely be booking a second time with Jeff!
