Wasn’t the cleanest but wasn’t horrible would have been nice to have broom there just because of the sand but we were all comfortable there and everyone had a good time definitely had enough room for all of us

Our family really enjoyed this unit. The views were amazing and the location was key. Our ages range from 57 to 12 and this property and its proximity really offered something for everyone. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. Views from every room! I especially loved the view from the master bedroom. If you enjoy the thought of waking up, pulling up a comfy chair, and liking out over the ocean while dolphins glide by, then you’ll enjoy this vacation property! We were close enough to all the action on the boardwalk as well. Great place to stay. Highly recommend. We’ll be back! Thank you to Sharmila for being a gracious hostess. ?

We had everything we needed. The property owner was great to work with!

The condo was perfect for our stay— close to the beach, clean, and with all the needed amenities including a heated pool. Kitchen had all the needed parts, pans, silverware, and cooking utensils. The owners were great, including having a welcome package for us at the property. Would highly recommend this place.

Spent a week here with my wife, 3 children, and niece. It was perfect for the 6 of us. 3 bedrooms was the best idea ever. (A couple more people could have been there and still be spacious and comfortable.) Right off the beach. No hassle of rounding kids up for a long walk to the water. Pool was heated. Only 4 feet all around but that was perfect for us. No outside noise or annoying street lights keeping us up. The view was the best. The master room woke to a beautiful beach each morning. We felt with Sharmila and she was the best. Kept us updated on everything. Responded quickly. Even as we was checking out went out way to help us make our last day as easy as possible 5 star stay for sure. Hopefully we can get this again every year

The property is a bit dated as far as the decor and furniture is concerned, but it was very clean. Great location on the north end of boardwalk, so not noisy at all. There is no overhead lighting in the main living area (living room/dining room), so at night its a bit dark; the owners do have 2-3 lamps in the rooms. Overall a very clean property and great location, very roomy.
