Ocean Front - 2BR, 2 BA, 7th Floor

Loved the view from the unit. Nice large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Walkable to many restaurants. The weather was perfect all week!!

The condo was as advertised and was very clean and comfortable. Great location just steps to the water. Several restaurants within walking distance. The only thing that was sub-par was the mattress in the master bedroom it definitely needs replaced. All in all it was a great stay and we plan on staying here again in the future.

Beach veiw was amazing and very clean room and comfortable also.

Everything was great except for the security guard on 2nd shift he constantly harassed guest at the pool , he beat on our door at 10 pm simply over a small beach chair left out side to dry, I have stayed at ocean house many times, this time was like being in jail instead of vacation something needs to be done with that guy

I fell trying to walk around the bed, to go to the bathroom during the night. I broke my wrist, the furnitre, caused me to go sideways to get around the bed and I hooked my foot on the leg of the bed. I would suggest the owner get smaller furniture or move the dresser from the foot of the bed.

Place is very nice with a great view. Check-in and check out was easy, no ridiculous requests. Was a great value and we really appreciated the location. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful. View, parking, security, beach access, was great. Also, the condo had easy access, fast elevator, books, nice appliances, polite people, clean and everything we needed.

Our beach stay here was a delight. Everything was just as described. Nice comfy King size bed! Nice and Cozy. Our balcony had the best view of the ocean and sand. We rented beach chairs and an umbrella everyday. Communication with the owner was awesome! We would definitely stay here again.

Great views, easy check-in. Location is well kept and clean. We spent the majority of the day on the beach/pool but having access to the condo is was great especially because we had our 20 month old. We made carne asada on the grills and they were well kept. I recommend this place. Will book next time!

The location and view from this unit was absolutely wonderful. However, the unit itself is quite tired, dark, and dated. It didn’t seem like it had been thoroughly cleaned and the furniture (including the patio) weren’t in good shape. There were slip covers that didnt stay on. The mattresses in the second bedroom, especially the twin were of very low quality. Bathrooms were very dark and outdated. Lots of potential with this location but for the price we thought the unit itself would be a little cleaner and updated.

This is a beautiful condo. Well stocked. Could use a few extra pots and pans. The bed was very tall, but once you got up there, it was very comfortable. The view was outstanding! If you get up early enough, you won’t need a dolphin cruise because they put on a show and you can watch from your balcony, drinking coffee. All in all, if someone asked me to rate this condo 1-10, I’d give them a 20! ❤️❤️

We originally booked this condo for 8 days. We only stayed for about two hours and that was the time it took to notify the owner of our dissatisfaction and find another place to stay. Initially the owner agreed to provide a full refund. This was followed up with an emailed “owner approved” VRBO booking modification changing our booking to two days. As of the submission of this review we have not been refunded anything. This issue was reported to VRBO who has indicated they can do nothing about it. After this incident, I reread the reviews for this property and noticed that the owner responded to the negative reviews by claiming the reviewers were unreasonable, wrong, or liars. I took pictures and have text messages and emails to support everything I am claiming i Now let me explain why we refused to stay at this condo. Upon entry, there was a musty odor in the air. Our initial impression was that the condo was drab and dated. The couch and one chair had furniture covers on them and the other living room furniture appeared dated. The pots have heavy baked-on grease and the kitchen sink faucet was broken. We also found hair on one of the toilets and bathroom sinks. The tile on the balcony was also dirty. I can’t say if there were other issues as this was the point at which we stopped looking. Everyone has their own opinion of what is acceptable and the value they are receiving for their cost. We did not find this condo acceptable or worth the cost and do not recommend it.
