The Flying Cloud (mid-rise 1 elevator building) location near 94th Street boasts some of the best restaurants in Ocean City like: Liquid Assets, Lombardi’s, Bull on the Beach, Coffee Beanery, Layton’s.
This is an owner occupied building. You must agree to follow the building's quiet hours and other policies.

(1) WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED: Everything is provided for your stay EXCEPT for bed linens (sheets/pillow cases), bath/shower/beach towels, and personal toiletries. We do, however, provide comforters and blankets for all beds. Guests MUST bring linens for beds they plan to use, and should bring towels and toiletries for their stay. We try to supply hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper sufficient for all visitors coming, and as long as all guests take only what they need during their stay, those items will be there during your visit.

(2) BEDROOM SETUP:
Primary Bedroom- Ocean Side - King Bed
Second Bedroom - One Queen Bed and One Full Bed

(3) PARKING: Our place includes two dedicated, reserved parking spots. The building also has 6 additional shared visitor parking spots. A unit may use up to two of these spots by hanging hang-tags located in the unit on the rear view mirror while parked in a visitor spot. Visitor spots are usually available but not guaranteed.

(4) RENTAL AGE REQUIREMENTS: We do not rent to Senior Week Groups or other High School Groups or bachelor/bachelorette parties. Minimum rental age is 25. We cannot make exceptions to this policy. Please do not instant-book if you do not meet these requirements.

(5) SUMMER RENTALS: During the on-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day each Summer) we rent Saturday-to-Saturday. If you prefer Sunday to Sunday or Friday to Friday, please contact us and we will try to work with you!

Other things to note
There are two parking spots assigned to the unit. You must park in these spots and display the guest hangtags.
