Stayed Nov 23, 2022Communication with the owner was great. Answered questions quickly and was very helpful. The home was clean and very well stocked. Easy access around town and right on the water! Walked a mile to the pier every day, and caught the nearby trolley to get around town. Definitely recommend - You won’t be disappointed!

Stayed Sep 15, 2022We had the best stay here! Wanted a place with a view of the ocean, and got that and so much more. The view was fantastic— up on a bluff, overlooking everything — the walking trails below, San Clemente Pier, surfers, and the sound of waves all day & all night. The house was extremely clean, roomy, & comfortable. Kitchen had pretty much anything you could need. Bed was VERY Comfortable! We loved everything about this place, and would definitely rent it again!

Stayed Aug 19, 2022Easy check in and out. View was great and the place was comfortable and had everything we needed. There was a pod of dolphins that we got to watch from the balcony of the living room! Third room in picture had two beds but actually only had one bed. It worked out well for us, but it could have been an issue if we had needed a second bed. Overall was great and would stay again.

Stayed Jul 18, 2022We enjoyed the beautiful view and privacy of the property. We were close enough to the beach to enjoy the view but far enough away to not be disturbed by the people on the beach. The surf put us to sleep. Enjoyed watching the surfers. Pod of Dolphins stayed in th area. Enjoyed the walking path over to the pier. Had breakfast on the pier. San Clemente is not as commercialized as Laguna Beach or Newport Beach, but they are only a short drive away. Ate at both Nick's restaurants. Excellent. Did take out breakfast at Chaupain Bakery. Great Almond Croissants and Eggs Benidict. Will be returning.
