Ocean front 2 bdrm condo, fantastic ocean views, free beach chair rental.

The condo is beautifully decorated with a fully stocked kitchen. Chris was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Pool was not heated during our stay

We had the perfect vacation, we love staying at Tropic Winds! We saw several dolphins, stingrays and sea turtles from the balcony daily. Hopefully we will be back in a few months!

Chris, the condo owner, asked me to contact him prior to his accepting my reservation request. I called him, and we had a great conversation. I thought it was great that he wants to speak personally to his potential guests, and get to know them a bit, before accepting the reservation request. Chris was super easy to work with, and he was also super accommodating. Since there was no one renting prior to our arrival, he suggested we get to the condo as early as possible on the first day, and check in anytime we could. This was so great! We were able to add almost an entire 12 hours to our stay. We spoke again during our stay, and since he had no one renting immediately after us, he was able to extend our stay an extra day at a discounted rate.The only small inconvenience to staying at Tropical Winds is that if you drive a full size truck - I drive a RAM 1500 - be prepared to have to do a K turn at each turn in the parking garage. Pretty minor inconvenience to put up with for a superb condo, and superb host.My wife and I have vacationed in PCB many times now, and this was by far the best experience we have ever had, from the host, to the condo, to the weather! We will be renting from Chris again in the future, no doubt about that!

We spent the most relaxing week in this gorgeous condo. Everything was as promised and actually a lot nicer than the photos indicate. The owner was always available and very helpful on anything we needed. I would highly suggest this condo for your vacation. My family and I stayed in this condo for a little over a week. It was great! Very modern newly renovated condo that worked out great for us! Great location, three elevators were very fast, and had vending and ice vending on site. I will be back for sure!

From the moment we arrived til the moment we left, we were so happy with the beautiful property and all the touches to make it feel like a home away from home. I was so impressed with how incredibly clean everything was and couldn't get over the perfect views from the balcony. Almost daily we were able to sip on our coffee and enjoy watching a manatee, dolphins, small sharks and people chasing crabs on the beach. I would highly recommend to anyone and hope to viait, again.

We decided to start our vacation early and needed a 1 night stay in PCB booked and paid. Shortly later I received a call from a number I didnt recognize I decided to answer and it was VRBO saying the owner wanted to talk to me. I've never had that happen before. The owner got on the phone and started that he doesnt usually rent his condo for 1 night and that its a million dollar condo and wanted to know more about me and why i only needed a 1 night rental. I remained patient even though it very much felt like an invasion of privacy and have never had to explain myself like this before qhen renting through vrbo. He wanted to know specifically who would be staying and the ages which all that info was submitted when searching for the condo. The way he spoke to me felt as though he was speaking down to me bc he repeated the cost of his condo on a couple of occasions. I would have rathered him just let me know he didnt want to rent for 1 night only and that he would refund my money. Regardless upon arriving we tried to find the parking space with no luck. I text the owner and asked if the condo number matched the parking space. He said yes and then made sure to tell me the check in info was in the email. Well the cleaning lady was parked in the space making it impossible for us to see the numbers. Our check in was 3 we arrived at 3:20. Never expected the cleaning lady to still be there. All in all, the condo was beautiful. Accessing the condo was easy. Parking was a nightmare.

We loved our stay at Chris’s condo. The decor was on point!! Loved our view!! Can’t wait to go back!!

The condo was better than described, and we love the location! Close enough to all of the restaurants and shopping but far enough down to avoid the overly crowded beach. Elevator waits are not bad at all (of course the check in times will understandably take a little longer) and the parking spot in the garage is a huge plus! Overall, we would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was beautiful and well maintained. It was decorated nicely and was very clean. Everything worked as it should, everything was comfortable, and it was located in a nice area. The views from the balcony were spectacular! The beach was easily within reach. We really appreciated the two loungers with umbrella and the extra chairs located in the condo. We walked to two local restaurants and drove the short distance to the Pier. To sum it up, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely consider this location again in the future.

Beautiful, clean, and spacious condo, fully stocked kitchen, and everything in perfect working order. Excellent location on the beach with a reserved parking space. Two rental beach chairs and umbrella included. I really don't know what else anyone could want in a place to stay in Panama City. Even better than all of the above was the excellent communication and care provided by the owner, Chris. He was just the best.
