Stayed Oct 10, 2024My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary this weekend. The condo was clean with the exception of the dishes. I had to wash everything I used. The location is perfect! There is so much to see and do in Myrtle Beach. We plan to return!

Stayed Sep 13, 2024I got a call right after i booked. They said we dont have that room available we can set u up at another one. I agreed. I get there there is stuff crusted on door,i go in stuff smeared on cabinet,dirt hair and zip ties on the floor,safty bumpers on doors were broken with exposed screws,found candy wrapers and sexy cloths under the bed,mold on airvent and washer, dryer took 5 times to dry out cloths. In short dirty,not safe for kids. My wife and i could not even sleep togeather becouse how dirty it was. I told manger she sent cleaning and matnince but all the probles showed themselfs after as we used it more.do not use them they are horable

Stayed Sep 4, 2024Out of hours check in was terrible no clear instructions on where to collect keys or where apartment located. When not from the US and never been to the area before clear instructions are a priority. Once in apartment unable to connect to internet for 3 days as given wrong user name and password. Cleanest of apartment left a lot to be desired will not be returning

Stayed Jul 30, 2024Condo was in a high rise, which was great for the beautiful view, however upon check-in directions of how to get to it were vague making it a little difficult to find. Be prepared for a very tight parking garage! If you drive anything other than a small car, park in the regular parking lot. Absolutely LOVED the swing on the balcony, was a perfect place to relax. Upon arrival, our bed did not have a mattress protector/pad which I requested. Although it took about half an hour, they did finally get that on our bed and the bed slept well. That evening we reported an issue with the light being out in the shower as well as the shower head spraying water from the top connection that they said would be repaired the next day, however we never had anyone out for either issue. Overall, it was a good stay, however it would have been helpful for those issues to have been addressed as promised.

Stayed Jul 16, 2024Decent stay, and very nice staff who stayed in communication when we needed assistance. There was a vent in the bathroom that consistently dripped as well as not having washcloths. Other than that, decent stay. P.S. We forgot a very important bag and staff was nice enough to let us go back to retrieve after checking out. Thank you so very much for that!!!!

Stayed Jul 10, 2024Room had an excellent view. The room was clean and tidy easy access to the elevators, easy check-in easy check out. Furniture, a little dated but clean and easy to use. Also out on the porch for chairs and some toys to take to the beach. I would suggest painting the baseboards and just freshen up the roads look
